The manager of this store verbally abused my elderly mother for trying to return an item that wasn’t suitable. And in her most sarcastic voice said “have a nice day” as my mother was leaving. The manager literally yelled at my my elderly mother. If millers have any sense at all they will promptly fire this manager who openly engages in elder abuse. My mum was extremely upset after the encounter. I would advise any decent people to go to the millers at Sunnybank Hills instead where they were happy to exchange the items and treated my mum with the respect she deserves. Shame on you Millers Sunnybank plaza.
