Staff are so friendly, store layout is simple to navigate. Change rooms are clean with good lighting. Pro tip if you are purchasing anything look to see that they have removed a possible security tag. Not always in plain sight, and staff have accidentally left the tag on items purchased a few times. Still a five star rating as staff are always apologetic and happy to take the tag off upon showing receipt :)

Not sure if H&M fully comprehend what "Customer Service" actually is. Only 2 stores located in Sydney so, as no store located near Parramatta, where I work, I tried phoning to purchase a gift card as a birthday present. However, my phone inquiry connected to a voice message directing me to sections such as pressing 2, for "online purchasing", which is "not available at this time". Then when I pressed 5, to speak with their customer service staff, they are never available at anytime of the day I tried calling (and I tried at least 6-7 times between 9:30am and 5:pm, on a Monday and a Tuesday). Left a voicemail message for someone to return my call....still waiting !!! VERY VERY POOR customer service indeed.

Good place buy H&M brand cloathes for both men and women. Also good clearance all the times and save your wallet $$$$.

Absolutely rude immature staff. Maybe stop hiring 16 year olds and get some staff that are more mature minded and professional.
