I came into the store, saw a top in the window I liked. One of the staff was vacuuming and asking all the customers to watch our step, don't trip over the cord. Not asking do they need any help with what they were looking at. So I walked to the counter to the other staff member, she was counting money, as I approached she huffed and dropped the money. I asked her if she was closed, she said "no". I asked for the top I wanted to buy, she pointed in the direction and said that its not on sale it's full price. But the sign said nothing over $20. I walked out. If you want sales U serve the customers, plus if anyone trips over you cord, law suit. Health and Safety people. I won't go back to that rudeness for service.
I love this store. They have a great range of sizes and I can always find something to fit me.

Rude staff. Disgusted.
Don't remember going
Came in here with my mum to have a look around. The sales assistant was getting clothes out of some boxes near the counter. She clearly saw that we were in the store, did not make eye contact, no 'Hello how are you' or even a smile. Also did not see her acknowledge or greet any other customers who walked in the store. As a retail worker myself, I pick up on these things and can say that your employee did not even demonstrate the bare minimum customer service. I don't even shop with your company, was simply coming in to have a look. But just thought I would let you know about how your staff are treating/not treating customers. Left the store without being acknowledged. Not writing this review to be petty, but for your company to be aware of how your staff are impacting upon potential customers.
