This store really is a joke. It’s a situation where you want to try and support local retailers rather than just shop online, but stores like this make me wonder why I bother. The store is a complete mess, clothes all over the place, zero signs of any merchandising efforts. The staff that are there do their best to ignore you. The sales signs are misleading eg. 30% off on racks that are “excluded from the sale” according to register staff, even though it’s not covered in the T&Cs. The ACCC would not be impressed. Shop online or in boutique stores and just don’t waste your time here.

It is always hard to find anyone to help. Same as David Jones. Staffs saw you were waitting for someone to help but they can easily pretend not seeing you unless you walk to them. Probably you need a better system of management to encourage the staffs to have more will to assist clients. No one likes to shop in a place with many poker face. Friendly and manner aren't the most common attitude for hospitality?

Service was outstanding. Pricey - but worth it. Very affordable extra insurance cover on products. Very impressed with staff and thier knowledge of products.

Very disappointed when I visit today. I had to wait 10 minutes until an Asian lady came after she was talking with her colleague. She did not greeting me at first. The way she served me is very unfriendly and rude as she was enjoying her chewing gum while serving me. And she did not give any thing to help me find what I want to buy. Her name is Jenny as in a receipt said.

Prices are more on the higher end.Some of their stuff seem outdated and from a bygone era.Staff usually not around, so feel free to browse at leisure.
