I had front rotors and brakes fitted to my C - Class that were starting to show signs of considerable wear within the 12 month warranty period. Simon and his team were quick to get my car in - replaced the part and did so on a busy week for them. Can’t fault the service. Simon is lovely. Would recommend
Although this is not a comment on this particular store but this is related to Kmart, the website says this Kmart opens at 8am on Sundays, there were a lot people waiting at 8am on 30th Nov 2025 however the shop didn't open at 8am as the website stated, it seems the website has incorrect open hours. Update your website! What a waste of people's time.
Direct to boot process is horrible. Even when you tell the online system you are picking up an order and have arrived, no one comes out. It tells you the wait is 5 mins. I waited 10 minutes before calling the number on the sign. The number is the general store number with a lengthy menu which has no direct options for direct to boot. I was also picking up 2 orders which I informed them via the app and also on the phone and they finally came out with 1 order and clearly didn’t know there was another order. They asked me to describe what was in the order!! Why isn’t there a system facilitating this process??? It’s ridiculous. I ended up waiting 25 mins and this has happened both times I’ve used the direct to boot service.
I NEEDED TO BUY SOME DOG STEPS AS I COULD NOT FIND IT I WENT TO THE SERVICE DESK I HAD A KIND AND CONSIDERAT LADY HELP ME HER NAME IS AUDREY SHE NOT ONLY SHOWED ME WHERE THE ITEM WAS BUT AS THERE WERE NONE ON DISPLAY SHE TOOK IT OUT OF THE BOX AND PUT IT TOGETHER FOR ME.SHE WAS A KIND/PATIENT/AND CAREING PERSON.SHE GOT MY SALE AS IT IS WONDERFUL TO HAVE SUCH GOOD /KIND/AND PATIENT SALE PEOPLE.
I was at Kmart 16th of January 8:45pm, the brunette girl at the service counter that I was served by was very disrespectful and this is not the first time either my friends or I have been treated horribly by her. She told me she me to go find something myself when I was asking for her assistance as it clearly wasn’t on the shelves. All my friends that have shopped here also recognise her and her awful behaviour.
