I ordered a simple bundle of quarter crew socks online. You would think pretty simple order, couldn’t go wrong? Well check the attached photo for what turned up!!! Beyond filthy. I wonder if the staff go out of there way to choose shop soiled products for those that order online, knowing they won’t come in store to return them as it defeats the purpose of online shopping. Or do they just stand all over the product before packaging it. Seriously how anyone in good conscience could post this out is despicable. Shame on you Cannon Hill Kmart. I don’t get to choose which stores send out the products online, but I do see which store sends them. This is not the first shop soiled product sent out either but I got to say the most jaw dropping one. Doubt I’ll ever get them back to white, my 6 year old was very upset.
Ordered a wet and dry handheld vacuum click & collect. Received a wet and dry handheld vacuum box containing another person's rubbish. No sign of the vacuum.
It's a nice big Kmart. I'm always impressed with Kmart's ability to deliver reasonable prices in a country full of retailers that don't seem to understand thatnnThis Kmart is no exception. Good selection, helpful staff, and most importantly, the stuff we need for around the house.nnHIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Huge store that offers a wide range of products at very affordable prices. Although the service and staff are great, the big fault of this Kmart are the self serving kioks. These are not intuitive, uncomfortable to use and are not designed for people buying bulky items.
Check out and door staff are friendly as are security. Helpful electrical and homewares staff . Floor fill staff in clothing areas are very detached and are lazy . Nothing sorted or repacked after customers rummage. That is thier job I think
