Thank you very much to Virginia at the Morningside store for providing exceptional customer service. I rang ahead to ask if I could put aside some shoes because I needed a last minute replacement before my work shift. When I arrived, Virginia was friendly, efficient, and highly knowledgeable about the correct fit for me. She also knew a lot about which brands and individual components of the shoe were manufactured in Australia. I was incredibly impressed by how professional and efficient my shoe fitting was considering I only had approximately 10 minutes to spare - thankfully I was off to work on time with my comfy new Steel Blue shoes! This store was recommended to me by a colleague and I would definitely return for future purchases.
I came in today to buy my first pair of work boots, as it was my first time I was a little out of reach and not sure what to look for. But I had a lovely women named Hayley help me out with the fittings. Would recommend coming here, great range and lovely team.
I cannot speak highly enough about the Customer service and professionalism of Victoria! I had a specific pair of shorts and pants that I wished to purchase. I rang around 10+ stores in 3 states. Nothing but dead ends and no help. She swiftly located each of the items at other stores, took payment over the phone and is sending them to Sydney for early next week. Victoria made the experience simple and hassle free! Thanks again!
Didn't have the size I needed, but happy to get them in from another store, so long as I pay a delivery fee!! And pay for all items upfront!! Not good enough. But staff did their best, just company policy I'm told
Quite surprised by the range and size of the building. A little disappointed that after spending $325 they still wanted to charge me $10 to get two workshirts, in a size they didn't have in stock, bought over from another store. I declined and will buy them somewhere else. Great shop - let down by service in my book.
Great store. Great parking and access. HUGE range of safety wear and equipment at great prices. Went looking for electrolyte drinks and were offered free samples of Sqwincher Sqweeze iceblocks which were SO refreshing. Male sales staff very friendly and helpful. Purchased a pack of iceblocks. Will definately be back.
Never a problem shopping with RSEA Morningside. Want a product they don't carry? Have a chat and they can often source what you need.
Waited nearly 3 months for a pair of boots that was told would be 2 weeks, when I went in to check it seemed a real hassle an as if I was the problem for ordering them. No apologies for waiting for nearly 3 months, not going back.
Great safety shop, great range and the pricing is always pretty good. Sale items are usually a bargain!
Great looking store and plenty of stock The young girl at the counter was very helpfull, I'll be back for more
