I love the top notch clothing in this store and I love getting to chat with Lana whenever I visit. She is a great conversationist and is always very helpful with helping me choose clothing. My only disappointment is that this company still uses plastic bags. To the owner, I would encourage you to move towards reusable bags. You can have them branded and I know most people would not mind paying a couple of dollars for one. Otherwise I love shopping here and I am now a regular! :

Terrible service, walked in, didn't get greeted or even acknowledged or looked at. No ask if I needed help or wanted to try anything on or how the clothes fit....NOTHING. Very uncomfortable atmosphere the woman meant to be working just chatting to someone she knew maybe a regular, then said hello to the girl from Lorna Jane but completely ignored me. I felt it was as though she thought I couldn't afford to shop there, be it my age or appearance. Really disheartening I was hoping to buy an outfit for tonight but refuse to buy from that kind of discrimination and lack of service. It has actually made me feel really upset and selfconcious.
