This one star is for communication, unreliability and the website. I have been using the nappies which i love for 10 months now but every time i need to get in contact with the company, it takes several emails, cant get through the phone line and very rarely hear back from them. The website is terribly hard to use, pricing is always incorrect and shipping costs are never consistent. I have suffered with the communication and website since the beginning. Subscriptions are being set up without your authorization and payments taken without your approval. I have now started buying the nappies from other websites as I never have any luck with Ecoriginals themselves. If anyone has another Eco nappy brand they recommend- please let me know.

We recently bought a batch of nappies which literally disintegrated and fell off our 18 month old in pieces. Attempts to rectify with the company have been to no avail with several emails sent and no response and without a resolution. Previously we’d had a good experience but seems the newer versions are lower quality and lack reliability. With lots of biodegradable nappies available now I would look elsewhere.

We tried the Newborn Plus nappies when our baby was more than 4 kgs however so far we have encountered two No.2 leaks while we have not experienced when using other brands such as Huggies and Tooshies.

The best nappies we have tried, having been through nearly all of the 'eco friendly' nappies. Super soft, super absorbent have never had a single leak or explosion, and the only brand to never give our little one nappy rash, these are awesome. I also love the fact its a small Australian business, and that you get them delivered so better for the environment from that angle as well as being far more convenient. Customer service is excellent and always so helpful and friendly. These fit our LO the best of any nappy we have tried, being the most comfortable for her and looking the least bulky on her small frame. Love them.

Best nappies and service. I have used Ecoriginals since birth and cannot fault them. They're absorbent, soft and my little one has not had nappy rash when using these. The staff are more than willing to help and always respond to emails in a timely and friendly manner. I won't use any other brand and have recommended them to so many friends and family. Thank you for creating an amazing product that works and limits the impact of using disposable nappies on the world.

Wipes are ok but nappies aren’t made to fit very well, the pad in between the legs is far too thick that it just bunches up and the top and sides don’t have sufficient elastic to prevent leaks. The business also took money out of my account for a subscription before being able to fulfil the order, it took them 2 weeks to ship the product at which point I had to buy extra nappies from the shops to sustain me until they arrived, spending extra money which I didn’t have!

Thought I’d try these as our beloved pandas were out of stock. Ecooriginals are significantly less soft, ill fitting and leak at the mere sight of a drop of urine like the nappy will be nearly dry yet my baby has wee all up her back and side several times a day. I’m glad to see other brands of biodegradable nappies on the market but I wouldn’t purchase these again.

I love the idea of biodegradable nappies - and we loved the wipes - however the nappies are pretty useless, they hold maximum one or two wees before leaking. Can’t even put my son down for snap without them overflowing massively. Glad we only ordered a trail pack cause they’re pretty bad. Just being honest!

Great nappies. Have never had major problems with leaking and we’ve been using these since birth Highly recommend!

I have bought a gift certificate on 11/2/19 worth $300.00 the money was immediately taken out if my account & a gift certificate issued I have tried to now use the gift certificate with no luck - Have tried to make contact via emails, several times now with no response and theres no phone number to call. Very disappionted n very disgruntled - fearing it may be a scam?? - love to be proven wrong!!! Julie
