I am absolutely thrilled by the exceptional customer service, outstanding quality of the product range, and unbeatable prices at Total Workwear Hemmant. After an extensive search to find the perfect uniforms, I was delighted to discover that this store had everything I needed. The only minor drawback I encountered was the limited size of the car parking spaces. Nonetheless, my overall experience was truly remarkable, and I wholeheartedly recommend Total Workwear Hemmant to anyone in need of top-notch workwear solutions.
Good selection of options for their target customers, and super comfortable. Similar, more affordable options available at Kmart though. Customer service from Cashier was excellent. The manager on the other hand was pretty dismissive and came across incredibly rude and made you feel like you shouldn't be there, struggled to answer simple questions about the range. Yet more proof that most stores are held up not by the management but their employees.
I had an issue with the zip falling apart on my workboots. Went to a shoe repairer who refused to replace the zip. I went back to the Hemmant store where they were purchased and the staff were completely amazing. I was hoping they could tell me where I could get the zip replaced but instead they put through a warranty claim and I now have a brand new pair of boots. Thank you for your amazing customer service. Highly recommend this store and staff.
I really love Totally Workwear! The staff are very friendly and won't hesitate to lend a hand. They are incredibly knowledgeable, creating a very good environment, which makes me love shopping here even more. I highly recommend Totally Workwear Hemmant to anyone in need of reliable workwear, good prices, and exceptional service.
Very helpful staff; just great friendly service. I purchased work boots and the staff members were perfectly happy for me to try multiple styles and sizes without any rush until I was completely satisfied. I also made a later exchange and required a warranty replacement which confirmed that nothing is too much trouble for them. Highly recommended.
