maybe put some signage or tape around the click and collect area to stop people entering the area so that people don’t get yelled at by staff for standing under the ‘collect online orders here’ sign - also maybe tell staff to not yell at customers?
I placed a click and collect order and the order was split up into two orders as I had to wait for the second one to arrive at store I called the store Wednesday and got a team member Bella who helped me with the order to find out what the issue was I arrived tonight and actually met Bella in the click and collect area her customer service was next level amazing nothing was an issue she even helped us bring the large order to the car honestly real outstanding service thank you for making the visit easy and quick .
By far the worst online ordering experience. Ordered in April 2024. The package never arrived. The order was quite big so for the next 3 months I used to call them and every single time, they gave an excuse like the order number isn't showing up, you'll get a call back from us in the evening, tomorrow morning etc. All they fed me were excuses until I had a call with jason today. He resolved my issue within minutes. Hatsoff to him! You guys really need to train your staff
Don’t care about their customers. Unfortunately, I usually enjoy this Bunnings until one of their staff ran into me while I was sitting on the outdoor setting with a heavy pallet load. No care for my wellbeing or checking if I was okay. I told another staff member who ignored me. I don’t rate the customer service. A sorry at the very least.

Trevor, I need a status report on the Electric Picker Lift situation.”nnTrevor – “ Thanks Gordon, we have 8 operational and 2 out of service. All are parked diagonally across rows 11, 13, 18, 21, 23, 24, 25, 46, 47 and 48 as directed. At this stage we are not expecting relocating the operational units but will monitor to ensure egress minimums are maintained. We do also have 5 electric pallet jacks which are on constant roaming patrol stacked with ¾ size electronic singing Santas . They can be called in at a moments notice to plug any gaps.”nnGordon – “That’s great Trevor. We don’t want a repeat of last Saturday where families with trolleys and prams were still happily talking to each other as they tried to leave the store. Also make sure at least one of those Santa pallet jacks loiters in the Christmas light section. Being September we really need to hit our quotas there.”nnGordon – “Ok final housekeeping note from Legal. APPARANTLY we need to provide a counselling contact number to customers who mistakenly walk into the store wearing a red shirt. Please direct these people to the boxes of pamphlets at the door as they flee. Thanks and remember. Avoid eye contact at all costs. That’s lunch!”
