agree service is pathetic. Can't even get thru to them - just been on hold for the past 17mins just to speak to Customer Service!

Non existent service. I have rung the so called "service centre" on three separate occasions within the advertised hours, only to get a recorded message telling me to ring within advertised hours! I have three Sunbeam appliances, all of which have developed some sort of defect just outside the warranty preiod. These are all the more expensive Cafe Series and, given the cost, are simply not up to scratch. I will never buy another Sunbeam appliance. Not having to deal with this company again will be a pleasure. I wonder whether in fact the Sunbeam Corporation admin give a fat rat's spleen what people think of their management or lack thereof.....it seems there's enough mugs out there to rip off based on the brands previously great reputation..how long can that last?

TERRIBLE customer service is what I would say, except they don't return your calls nor reply to your emails. I DO NOT recommend you buy Sunbeam products as the staff don't exist when you call them.

Purchased a wok, used it twice and when I went to wash it up it, the lid exploded in my hands shattering into hundreds of pieces cutting my finger and hand. This has still not been replaced.
