Service from bedding department at Harvey Norman Carindale was exceptional. The support of needing to change over a mattress was very caring and understanding and I was really listened to. Jeff the Manager is a very sincere person and was assisted by Brandon. I now have a very comfortable mattress and am so very happy and appreciative. It is rare to be looked after so well and they were totally compassionate about me needing a good night's sleep!
We were in the market to upgrade from a Queen bed to a King bed.nWe had to purchase the base and mattress and had no idea where to begin and what was available, beds and technology had certainly changed over the years. The staff members Luke, Ganesh & Jeff at the Carindale store were so knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions. Their professionalism and outstanding service was amazing they listen to our concerns and needs which helped us choose the correct bed for us.nThank-you so much.nKatie & Brett
RORY YOU ARE A STAR!nThank you for helping me with all my recent purchases fridge, 3 x Bissell products, water filtration, toaster, and some other small things.nnI have been driving from Mount Cotton to see Rory because he has been so professional, helpful and attentive - really appreciate it!nnAlso a shout-out to Bailey for helping me with mesh wifi and saving me 1,200 dollars in the process. I had my heart set on a 1,500 dollar router but he told me a simple 330 dollar mesh system would do the trick, and it’s been perfect.nnAnd thank you to the rest of the store for being so pleasant and professional.
Luke in the bedding department was nothing but excellent when I came in to purchase a new queen mattress, he showed really in depth knowledge of the products, was incredibly friendly and honest and made choosing the right bed a breeze. I recommend if you need a new bed or anything bedroom related ask for Luke.nEdit: I returned to buy sheets off Luke’s recommendation and I think I bought the best sheets I’ve ever slept on. Seriously ask for Luke you can’t go wrong.
I bought an ex display off Kevin at Carindale and as it was a great deal it ended up overheating and the battery didn’t last more than 1-3 hours. When I rang apple they said that the laptop was not a 2020 which it was sold to me as that but it was a 2019 and had no warranty. I went back and Kevin convinced me he didn’t know this and also said it was under warranty and so they sent it away to get repaired. I spoke to the owner Brady last week who said the motherboard needed fixing and they are willing to fix it and it’s all under warranty. He convinced me that was the best option. Yesterday I got told that it wasn’t under warranty and they don’t want to fix it as it will cost them. Their team all seem to not know the ins and outs of what’s going on and the communication has been average. On top of that I had Kevin call me yesterday and tell me that they could contact the area manager and apple to get confirmation on fixing it but said they won’t - it will take too long so will just give me a refund. I have now lost two weeks of work from this muck around. There has been no offer to replace me with a new laptop for same price I paid. They basically have said there is nothing they can do. Bad customer service and I would not recommend buying off them.
