I will never step on this store. Terrible experience at Harvey Norman Carindale on 6th April 2025 around 3:15 PM. I went in to return a faulty wireless charger, and the staff member Bailey The manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. He refused to assist properly, raised his voice at another staff member who tried to help, and then shouted at me, saying “I just don’t care, go away.”nnThe technician later confirmed the charger was faulty, and the owner issued a refund—which I appreciated. But the staff member’s aggressive and unprofessional behaviour was unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously so no other customer is treated this way.
Great customer service here when purchasing a new TV. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Look forward to shopping here again soon
I visited the store yesterday looking to purchase a fridge and was assisted by a senior staff member. After deciding on a model, I showed him a website listing the same fridge for $100 less, expecting the store to match the price as advertised. He didn’t seem pleased and became noticeably less friendly, even though price matching is clearly part of the store’s policy.nnThere was also a promotion offering a gift card worth 10% of the purchase for future use. When I asked whether the price match would still include the gift card, his response was quite rude, he said it would be one or the other, without much explanation or courtesy. While he was helpful at first, his attitude quickly turned dismissive and pushy, which left a really negative impression.nnI honestly didn’t need the gift card, as I don’t shop here often, but his behavior was enough for me to walk out without making the purchase. On a positive note, the staff members in red shirts were very friendly and welcoming. I wish I had been assisted by one of them instead, as I likely would’ve bought the fridge on the spot.
Beautiful! The gentleman Aaron helped me choose the perfect monitor, he was so kind and even gave me a discount. Excellent quality product and A+ Customer service
Probably most friendly Harvey Norman shop I have ever been. Every staff were so helpful, nice and not too pushy.nI appreciate the guy who handled my mobile swap and my partner's purchase, we received the best service.
