Visited Kmart Wynnum Plaza on Thursday and had a question. Asked a guy named Sam Cranny, and he was excellent at finding me what I needed and super friendly! Awesome experience, thanks Sam!
I'm so impressed with the service at Wynnum Plaza K-Mart. I phoned yesterday regarding fitness equipment, the very well spoken girl I spoke to informed me that they were not in stock. Not long after, I received a call that they were in fact in store for me to purchase. I didn't ask to be contacted because I understand how busy the store must be, so to receive this call was a welcome surprise. Great job and thank you for your great service.
