It is silly when 7 eleven convenience store doesn’t provide convenience to its customers. On a rainy Saturday morning when I have my phone drained out, I went out to buy phone charger. I offered to pay the bill $35 by cash 100$ and the console operator no name tag with attitude is reluctant to take cash and demanded the payment to be made by card. I wonder how much the bill should be for them to accept cash as he says mere $30 is not enough for him to render cash..!! This happened around 11:45 22/10/2022. I strongly feel there should be some emphasis on consumer convenience in these places before branding themselves as convenience stores.
Staff are incredibly rude, no greeting to customers even when customers greet him first. Honestly what lies do he tell to get the job
Tell me a time that nightshift focuses on customer service over talking in their earpiece to mates. Honestly......Not good
I use this 7/11 I'd say almost every day. The staff are happy & professional. The product range is great, from Coffees to Smoothies to iPhone chargers. They have it all.
Usually they are pretty good but the guy tonight was abit dodgy.. i got a large sandwhich 7.50, 2 vitamin waters at which were on special for 6 dollars for 2,also a traditional sausage roll which i looked online are only 2 dollars and an 600ml oak drink which came down to 2.50 from 3.50 because i used my offers on my 7 11 app.. The man charged me 20 dollars all up..now either he carged me 4 dollars for a sausage roll or hes being dodgy like i said..either way be carefull guys.. I wana punch him out but its only a few dollars so just make sure they chargeing you correct guys.. Cheers
Friendly and efficient staff. A good selection of sandwich and hot food.
Worst customer service ever. The old man on the counter doesn’t seem to be interested or happy in serving customers. Would never come back
Unethical behavior, no proper customer support, use of harsh words these are some of the attributes of the employees working here. I have been here on 11/12/19 at 14.55 at pump 5. I have filled a tank full of fuel for $52 thinking that I have coupon for $1.34 per liter, would save me $12. The team member on till has scanned it thrice and said it is not working. When I refreshed the app it says redeemed at 14.55. When I have asked him the same, he replied sorry I can't help and if you are angry lodge a complaint with head office , we will talk with them. Also used some bad words. I really what the manager is doing, probably he is sleeping daily in his shift discarding all of this. Hopeless staff with disappointing manager.
Hey Sai, u absolutely hopeless.Me & my drivers use lot of fuel from 7-11. U need to learn bit more & need to focus on customer service. I m standing at the counter & u were busy in ur box when I said, u started to argue in front of other people. Sorry Mate, we won't be there anymore as long as u r there. U don't deserve for this job. Have a patience
The staff are always so slow. Tonight I had to wall INTO the store to tell them to let me fuel up with gas because the guy was moving stock in the back not noticing me at the pump for almost 5 minutes!!!
