So great to always go here. Did give a bad review for ice coffee lids. But been going here for years its always been good and well stocked. Great staff. Unfortunetly its not usual to 5star a servo. Do i get a discount for 5star?
I usually have great experiences with 7/11 but the staff member i encountered today was rude and you could tell he didn’t want to do his job. Ended up getting overcharged. I scanned my 7/11 app to get the fuel price I locked and it was within the 25 cents per litre range and got charged for the whole thing. I looked at the guy when I realised and he just gave me the nastiest look and left. Why have a fuel lock if the staff won’t honour it ? Came in on Tuesday 3rd march between 6:30 pm - 7:00pm. Maybe have a word or get employees who will actually help out.
Overcharged. Didn’t have the time to even look at the eftpos machine because I’m in such a rush. Even if It’s accidental, I don’t care. I literally don’t have time to go back for you to fix up your ‘mistake’.
The manager needs to be fired. So rude and unhelpful. Has no customer service or people skills. This is the second interaction I’ve had with him and both have been terrible. Do better
Consistantly rude and negligent staff. Their snack implements look as if they havent been cleaned ever. Shelves, tongs, bags, cups, everything was caked in stale and off food residue. Wouldn't buy anything not wrapped up in packaging already. I felt so sick after the coffee.
