Sent my minn kota in two months ago for a warranty claim. After 6 weeks they hadn't even looked at it. When they finally sorted it, another two weeks goes by and they still have it. After complaining to the store where I purchased it. The poor store manager had to drive up and collect it. Do not recommend these guys if you don't have to use them. Otherwise good luck
Incompetent warehouse pick-up service. Said they'd have the products ready by 3pm. I got there at 3.30pm and waited until 4:30pm for items to be brought to counter. I missed my next pick up at that point. Very disappointed. Hope management can improve on staff efficiency and standards. Unacceptable.

Absolutely awesome customer service, dropped everything to repair my 2 week old minnkota terrova. Extremely welcoming on the phone and when I called in to drop it off and pick up. They even fixed on the spot so I wouldn't be put out. Awesome team
Absolute disgusting service. Had my motor for over 1 month to be told there is nothing wrong with it, told me for 2 weeks it was coming back asap. Evidently the slop in the shaft bearings and grinding sound the motor makes when rotating is normal. I would be happy with that if it was returned promptly but to have it for a month to do nothing? I just want to go fishing!
Absolute champions, had an issue with my ipilot remote, not only did they replace the remote they did a minor service on the motor itself. They also looked after my young girls with some stickers, one if which is now on my boat. Awesome service and great blokes.

I recently had a problem with my Lewmar Windlass, I had the pleasure to make contact with Simon Masters in the BLA service division. In an era where good service is generally a thing of the past, I was very fortunate to have Simon looking after my enquiry. Simon went beyond what I expected in terms of the time spend and his persistence in attending to the resolution of the issue I was having with the Lewmar windlass. I would like to thank BLA and in particular Simon for the service provided.
Marine parts wholesaler, so you need to have a business and account to buy from them. Best to talk to your local boat shop about getting stuff from BLA.
Website has been constantly crashing for days. Trying to get part numbers to get an order in but am about to give up!
