Extremely disappointed. The retail assistants from this shop displayed extremely poor customer service. My mum and I were after a pair of shoes and said that we were just looking to start with, however when we were ready to try on shoes they decided to completely ignore our existence even when I specifically asked to try on shoes. I understand that it can be busy, bowever even after asking for assistence after waiting at least 10 minutes they would continue to walk past us and offer help to other people when they weren't busy. At the end of the day, it's the stores loss, as they lost out on a certain $500 sale.

Husband walked into the store on Friday lunch time, no one except 1 staff. Asked for a waterproof pant, the staff took a look of hisclothes sport top, jeans, crocs and said "the only thing I have is goretex, cost around $280". He said "wow, that's more than what I had in mind", and he replied "ok then". End of conversation. Quality service to the max.

Staff were really helpful - we were there for 3 hours and they assisted with our decisions and merchandise, and gave us a really good price on the lot. Recommend shopping there for your camping/travel needs.
