Big shop with a lot of camping gear including hiking shoes and boots. I listened in on a young staff member with a couple of gran-oldies. They were so patient...asking them why they were looking for hiking shoes, do they roll their ankles, are these comfortable. The.oldies took forever.and didn't really know what they wanted. The staff were a lot more patient than I would have been...good on them. It was heartening to see this.
Customer service is excellent, Renee is very helpful and has excellent product knowledge. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend shopping at anaconda Logan.
Anaconda Logan store Manager Michelle, her attitude and communication as a manger was, appalling and disgraceful. I am disgusted with her dam right rudeness and furthermore lying that the Dune 4WD King Titan Deluxe Double Swag I was buying with no box was that, when in fact it was the Dune 4WD outback Double Swag. Also stating that the deluxe did not come with a bag and I had to buy a bag separately, when it clearly is advertised with a bonus bag on the front page of their catalogue.nNo stars at all, only had to do a star to post.
Wanted to say Keanau and Cameron were amazing on Friday 19th April 2024.nnExceptional customer service in the camping section.
