If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a dress in November last year and did not receive it. I have been chasing a refund since that time. I have received automatic messages stating that the matter is resolved, which it isn’t. Every so often I get an automatic message stating that they are very busy - with customer service like this, they won’t be busy for long. I will not give up on trying to get my refund and I will also never buy anything from them again.

I placed an order on the 17/10/2021 and have received one item, I have sent numerous e-mails and tried to call and no one answers this is not good enough - I will not order anything from them again
