I ordered a tent on line over two weeks before I needed it for a 10-day event. It was dispatched on the 6 Oct and arrived 26 Oct, 4 days after I needed it. The staff were not helpful in tracking it down and ensuring it came to the address listed on the box. It went to Kingaroy and Warwick before arriving here which is only an hour from Brisbane? The male staff member was quite rude and surprised that I expected after purchase service.
