Was discharged today after being ill. I want to thank everyone at the hospital for taking care of me and being so lovely. From the amazing Dr, the lovely nurses and the rest of the staff. Thanks. Francesca
I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the care given to our family over the years. The local doctors are excellent and the level of care second to none. All of the staff were outstanding during the period when we were dealing with an elderly parent with a terminal illness. I would prefer to be admitted to Moora Hospital and cared for there even though we might not have access to every technology. The fact that the Doctor is across the road during business hours in the surgery is not really an issue as the hospital has access to them if needed.
Our Son was stung by a bee this afternoon and we were really appreciative of how quickly the nursing staff responded to the situation.They couldn't have been more helpful, reassuring or kind. We are very thankful for their professionalism and support! Kind regards Will and Callum
Just called them and spoke to the head nurse. Very unhelpful and completely refused to do an X-ray because we lived too far away. Was told to go to a closer hospital even though there was a reason we could not. Not impressed at all. Medical treatment should not be decided on if she personally wants to be helpful or not.
BEWARE!!! No doctors on premises during business hours! Took our son there after a bad reaction to a bee sting and the nurse, who was very rude, said it was nothing to worry about WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT HIM and then told us to go to a local doctor and wait to be seen. Don't risk your families health, call an ambulance or drive to Perth! We are moving from the country because of the terrible health care available, among other things...
