Super convenient place to stay, walk downstairs to trains & buses, cross the road for cinemas & shopping, brilliant views over the city & harbour! Reception & staff were all very friendly & helpful. However, housekeeping does need improving, a quick wipe over in between guests isn't good enough sometimes. I won't publicly share the issues. The furnishings & fitouts were also slightly disappointing. I expect more comfort & luxury for this price range. The most obvious problem is the windows, I can understand the difficulties in keeping windows clean, but the views were definitely not as beautiful as they could have been.

Stayed here for 6 weeks because of a work-assignment. Location is excellent, close to CBD and Bondi. Staff were super friendly and helpful whenever I needed them. Apartment spacious and clean, though not very cozy. The only thing I found annoying after staying there for so long were the elevators. You have to take two different ones to get up to your apartment. The first one is terribly slow, and during busy times it can take up to 10 minutes waiting time in front of the 2nd elevator to finally reach your apartment.

The staff were amazing and the room was way way bigger than expected. The staff went way above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. There was construction going on next door and we didn't even realise I will be staying there again!!!

Staff is great and very helpful, rooms are quite spacious tho my room has some obvious wear and tare. Also I found the beds to be quite cheap (2 single beds put together doesn’t count as a double) kept sinking in and my lower back is hurting a bit after 3 nights here. Also locks on the sliding doors don’t work among other things. Rooms should be cheaper considering.

Room was in good condition in terms of cleanliness, and very spacious. I would highly recommend it for a short or long stay.
