Got a literal raw burger that was bleeding on the wrapping. Emailed them 3 times last month asking for a refund as we threw out the entire order to avoid food poisoning and haven’t heard back. No response from McDonald’s. Been coming here for years but won’t be returning. Disgusting and bad communication.
This store has 2 drive thru lanes. I waited in the right lane with no service whilst the left lane was being served more than twice. I got the excuse ‘team member changeover’ from a polite young person which I do understand.nHowever when I got my hot apple pie it was cold. Inexcusable.
Would give them a negative 5 stars if I could. Every single time I get food from here there's a issue but honestly this is the last straw. Some one took a bite out of my burger patty. I am absolutely disgusted.
This store has a wrap for taking too long, and I get it Maccas is supposed to be fast. But these kids are hard working and don’t deserve the abuse I’ve heard. My partner and I love our frappes and chicken Caesar wraps from here!! Will keep returning for the kind service they’ve given me and tasty wraps
Honestly it's sad that it's come to this point ‍ but every. Single. Time we go to this store something isn't right. From the vanilla icecream being unavailable but still available on the app for weeks now to today when we ordered 3 meals and got no hash browns while in drive through.... We've also had to drive away from the speaker box and order at the window as the girl simply wasn't understanding our order after trying for 3 minutes to order through the box. Something needs to change here ‍
