A very poor experience. The customer service was extremely poor and when I complained and the Manager was nearby he was totally not at all interested to hear what had happened. I got a very insincere "sorry". Not that I wanted anything free - but considering the hideous set of circumstances there was no genuine effort to resolve this or have me walk out a happy customer; thrt certainly just "didnt care". This store would benefit from some old fashioned training in "customer service" - where the very simple things are taught like "smiling at the customer" and in my case if you ask them to "wait" ensure you actually do "get back to them". I was left and had to resolve it myself (or attempt to). This is a store where I really feel like they are doing me a favour. Absolutely disgraceful in every facet. We will never return - we will never recommend this store . How about treating your customers like you care and with some good old fashioned courtesy? It sure could have gone a long way in this situation. The days where the "customer is always right" are long gone - but a little bit of respect, friendliness, common sense really do go a long way.

The place seemed run down and dirty. The ground was filthy and the wet floor was still out, learning up against a yet to be cleaned high chair. Not very appetizing at all!!

I ordered a coffee latte which was very bitter. This is the second time. I guess the coffee machine needs urgent cleaning. Normally their coffee is not too bad.

I left a piece of gym equipment here last Friday morning. I called in tonight to be told it wasn't here. One of the lovely young girls said she had seen it, behind the counter. 
But when the manager was asked, it was no whwew to be found. 
His attitude was that it was too much trouble to look. There was no offer to take my name and phone number in case a different manager had found it. 

Poor service McDonald's....very poor service.

Breakfast shift staff in the early morning are great. After that it goes downhill. Learn how to make your food before you serve it to customers. I understand staff can be in a rush, but it doesn't mean you can slack or forget toppings etc. Standard mcdonalds.
