Missing burger from order. Missing Vegemite shaker fries which I was keen to try. Also chips legit half full and old as, I am confident you will get more chips ordering a small than a large. I get that the workers are 15 and probs being told to scam customers by their manager but it is pretty damn annoying. We had to wait 15 minutes so I understand soggy chips and cold burgers, but the least you could do is actually put everything in the bag

This restaurant seems to be skimping on everything. Chip packets not filled up and were under cooked.  Iced chocolate I got 4 mouthfuls of drink and the rest was ice. No cream or anything on numerous occasions. Hot coffees are watered down so now have to order double strength at this store but still single strength at other Macca's stores.

Came through the drive through at 0315 this morning and ordered chips and a mc pop. Both came stale and cold. We asked for fresh chips and the manager responded with attitude, and laughed while speaking to the other coworker, saying that we wanted hot chips.nWhen we received the new chips, they weren’t even half full. We asked for her name and she shut the window in our face. Ridiculous service, especially from a manager.

Terrible in general. we ordered some nuggets, drinks and an apple pie. The apple pie was room temperature. Coke zero and coffee frappe, the coke tasted like soda water only, no syrup at all. Coffee barely had any espresso, the color was so white as a vanilla shake, chocolate sauce was everywhere, outside the take away bag and the cup itself.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the McDonald's in Stafford that I feel compelled to share. After receiving stale chips not once, but twice during my visits, I decided to drive down to the restaurant to address the issue in person. Unfortunately, my experience only worsened from there.nnUpon my arrival, I was met with a lack of courtesy from the staff, specifically two young women who seemed more interested in rolling their eyes and displaying a dismissive attitude than resolving my complaint. I found their tone to be particularly rude, which added to my frustration. Instead of receiving fresh chips, I was given another batch that was just as stale as the only difference is they chucked them in the fryer for a few minutes.nnIt’s disheartening to see such poor customer service at a well-known establishment. I believe that both customer service and food quality should be priorities for any restaurant, as they reflect directly on management. Sadly, my experience at McDonald's Stafford was far from satisfactory, and I have no intention of returning. A little respect and a commitment to quality could go a long way in improving the overall experience for customers. If I could give 0 stars I would.
