Alderley Arms Hotel

The rib eye fillet and eye fillet and were cooked to perfection. Both medium rare. Service could have been more attentive but was adequate. Would come back again.

Absolutely fantastic venue, it honestly has it all. A massive thanks to all the staff and management for always providing top service and really delicious food - my steak and chips is my favourite. Love your work, fam!

Tried the Alderley Arms for the first time tonight. I ordered a steak with prawn toppers. When the steak finally came out mine was missing the prawn topper - that's fine - sent it back with waitress. Steak came back with three small prawns in a small bowl of some sort of creamy sauce. When we were asked how our meals were by the male waiter I asked how many prawns were meant to be in the $8 topper because I had received 3. He told me there was only meant to be 3. Unconvinced I googled the menu to confirm that there was meant to be 4 pathetic prawns. When I questioned the waitress why I had been lied to I was told that there was 'alot to remember on the menu'?! We were offered a free dessert which we rejected but there was no offer to take the topper off the bill. Average steak. Unexciting. Didn't mind the topper being forgotten but I don't appreciate being lied to. Won't be back.

Good evening, I Would firstly like to express my absolute amazement in the manager here Shane. I’m usually a patron of the breakfast creek hotel establishment. But tonight I’m exploring my other options within your company. I originally arrived to find one very difficult customer hassling and pushing the boundaries of staff’s capabilities. Shane offered such compassion and understanding to a situation that would have been easily pushed aside by most and even my self. With out going on for hours I’m soo pleased with the management and staff of the Alderley arms hotel. Look forward to re visiting this establishment sooner rather than later.

I had an excellent meal with a friend and enjoyed the experience. The pricing was great too. Nice team of people.
