TERRIBLE SERVICE! The old guy taking the orders shouldn’t be allowed to work. He can never, ever get the order right. My mother and I have been five times and every time we have to correct him or call back because he screwed up (even though we speak INCREDIBLY slow and clear he still messes it up). We ordered 10 potato cakes and chips and a few extras one day, they didn’t have 10 potato cakes and instead of calling us they decided to just give us extra chips. This is not what we asked for and we had so many disappointed guests because of this. They have terrible communication skills! If we had known we would have cancelled the order and went somewhere else On a separate occasion we asked for gravy. Got home and there was no gravy! And they gave us regular salt when we specifically asked for CHICKEN salt. And then the guy was a complete creep and kept arguing that he would come to our house and give us gravy, we kept saying no we are not allowing a stranger over and he kept insisting. So weird! And then another day they couldn’t give us chicken salt because it was hardened in the shaker because of the weather? Such bullshit Not to mention everything is ridiculously overpriced. Long story short save your money and go somewhere else where the employees aren’t creepy and senile

Woeful and won't be back. Incomplete order, overcharged, the fish was disgusting and the salad was pathetic. Seriously hopeless. Most frustrating part was that even the lemon provided for the fish was so old it looked like it should have been thrown out long ago. Gave it a squeeze and it was so old no juice came out just 4 seeds!

Worst service ever! Saw the coffee machine & asked for 2 lattes. Man behind the counter just said no.

I feel as though the food is definitely over priced and the food is average. HOWEVER this place is way better than BWS at Everton Park, Stafford Road. They are easiest the worst BWS in history. Would not recommend that store.
