Food was ok, my problem is with the design of the drive-thru. Whoever designed this was not thinking clearly. Every car I have seen there has to back up and re adjust before they can make it around the corner of lane. It is ridiculous how it made it to the construction phase without someone realising their error, its like they were planning on customers coming through im match box cars.

Staff seem to be hit ans miss, as with a lot of stores. They have made mistakes with food from drive through three times out of five visits. Trying not to get fast food anymore, although fries are tempting now and again!

Ordered using KFC App. Still had to wait at the Store, as I was scheduled as if I had just turned up, when I acknowledged I was on-site...learnt, the lesson...enter the acknowledgement when leaving the house. It will be ready when you get there. At least I did not have to queue for ordering...as it is always busy.
