Waited 15 minutes in the drive-through for a simple order, with no other cars ahead of me. As a result, I missed 15 minutes of the State of Origin game. The delay was apparently due to them waiting on tenders to be ready. On top of that, they refused to honour a free Coke from the feedback email and told me I had to go inside the store to claim it—after already waiting so long.nnThis store seems to be run by a group of teenagers who appear more interested in anything but customer service. Really disappointing experience.

Excellent customer service wonderful food everything made perfectly and fresh. Was particularly impressed with the way the manager ran such a tight ship and was dealing with a difficult customer in such a professional manner. Also the customer service person mopping and sweeping the front area was doing such a perfect job of cleaning. I can say this is my favourite KFC in Brisbane :-

Not only am I missing a piece but for $8.95 you can get stuffed if you think this is not an absolute rip off and Joke of a buisness. The packet of sauce is nearly larger then the chicken tenders.

Waited for ages at counter to get service while staff walked around .. was not busy..  then told to use the app to ordernnRate the service a zero, tried to complain to head office and can only find email details to lodge a complaint or told to lodge it in the appnnI am an older person that does not use apps and web stuff, I expect to walk in and order with a person - this store does not offer basic service to peoplennExtremely disappointed and can't even complain as that needs an app as well to lodge a complaintnnNEVER going back to any KFC again

Had one of the worst experiences at KFC experiences in a while last night. KFC Everton Park. Ordered a 21-piece bucket except, no actual bucket—even though there were stacks of empty ones behind the counter and 10 wings. It wasn’t even that busy—Wednesday night, and what appears to be maybe four or five kids behind the counter, and plenty of chicken in the racks .nnStill, it took them 15 minutes to put my order together. The process was a mess—my food was packed in three separate batches, with the first one just sitting there pretty much since the start while the staff kept stopping and starting different tasks. It was clear no one was managing the team properly.nnBy the time I got home, it was no surprise that the order was missing some pieces. . After watching them count and recount the pieces over and over again, I had a feeling they’d still mess it up—and they did. Frustrating experience all around. KFC, please train your staff properly.
