Worst experience at a drive-thru, like ever! These reviews actually justify their customer service quality so don't be surprised IF this happens to you. Not sure why someone would grab a phone out of their back pocket, to tuck it back in and then continue to serve food all without gloves! of course they couldn't refund when requested. DO better. Yuck.

I order a pact lunch today via the app, however I didn’t check to see if I ordered it at the correct store and made a mistake. Sam he was covering from KedronI asked him after I finished if there was a way for me to leave a review and for his name, this is how I know ensured me that it was ok and it happens so don’t stress. He got an amazing manager I’ve been here a bit and honestly, as a fast food employee myself, he seems like an amazing Manager to work for and promptly resolved the issue and got it started there. They worked as a well oiled machine and I look forward to coming back.nnNow all I can wish is that the other staff at this store can match this, as I know from experience that a lot fall short.

Came in with my dad and grandmother to have an easy lunch. I think the boy serving us was new as we had to point out 3 things that were wrong and they still gave the wrong sauce to us. The food was the same as usual except for the hair that is in image one that I found in my burger. The floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while with a dead cockroach right next to where we sat and we had to ask for our table to be cleaned as all the tables were dirty. When the employee did clean our table he didn’t think to clean all the other tables so other customers could sit down to eat their meal.

Bought an original crunch burger. The tv ad was enticing. The chicken was partially crunchy.  And quite small. It didn't hang out both ends and was quite thin. Tasted good. Disappointed

Place was filthy no clean tables … poor customer service waited in store 15 mins before I was even served to place my order … then waited 45 mins for a zinger box meal just to be told no wicked wings and given a single tender less than happy
