Didn't look at or acknowledge anyone walking in or lining up, didn't even turn around to see everyone lining up leave to the Macca's across the carpark. If youre not gonna have self serve kiosks at least employ people who would take your order. I wrote this while eating a big Mac.nI don't even like big macs.

Went through drive through and there was an issue with the headset which caused confusion with the order employee couldn't hear and was entering the wrong burger and we were rushed through the order before then directing us to go to the window to do the rest of our order.nnWhen we got the food, we checked in the bag as we were pulling out of drive thru and relised we had been given the wrong order. Went inside and was told that our order was swapped with the car behind us. Told that the food we returned would be binned. Stood around waiting for our order to be filled which is frustrating when you deliberately chose drive thru and no discount or even offered to keep any of the food in the incorrect order. The other customer who got our order also came in to have the issue corrected, brining in one box that was incorrect, and was made to go back to her car to retrieve the other box from the order, also to be binned.nnWaste of food, waste of everyone's time. Really disappointing.

I ordered dinner rolls and they were squished like someone had squeezed them between they're fingers before putting them into the box. Only one was edible and the other two looked horrible. For the excessive price they charge you would think you wouldn't get squished dinner rolls.

Orders 3 piece feed only to get home and find only 2 pieces of chicken and dinner roll was squashed into a too small box no bag. If the staff do that to couple of customers they get a free feed. Joking.

There was no one there and they took 10 mins to take my order. A group of guys came and cut in front of me and the server was going to take their order but I said I was here first. Then I got a bunch of weird looks even though I was waiting 10 minutes. She took the guys orders straight after.
