I once complained here but I gave it another try. Today we ordered $65 total for our meal. I ordered a shake skittle inspired drink but intead I only received cream. Seriously TASTLESS PLAIN CREAM IN A CUP! The burger doesnt have any sauce on it! Donuts which are the flavour of the ones I did not order! Omg this store should level up!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one is necessary.nThis restaurant completely messed up my order today. I shouldn’t have to check every single bag when the order is taken at the drive‑thru speaker and confirmed again before payment. Yet at this location, it’s become routine: missing items, wrong items, and no care put into the service.nTonight was the final straw. I ordered dinner for my kids and the only thing they got right was the 6‑nugget kids meal. My Jackie's Fried Chicken Meal wasn’t in the bag at all, so I had to pay for it again. And because I trusted them for once, I didn’t check the 5 Tenders Meal, when I got home, the tenders were covered in Korean BBC sauce. I have never ordered this, and my daughter can’t eat it. The whole meal had to be thrown out.nI’ve been a customer here for over 15 years, but this isn’t a one‑off mistake. It has happened multiple times, and I’ve always brushed it off and taken the loss. Not anymore. People deserve to know what kind of service they’re getting. If a business can’t provide even basic accuracy and care, they don’t deserve your money.

Fries were cold and soggy. Requested Extra Hot drinks, but they were barely warm. No serviettes. Floor and many tables dirty.  We were only customers, staff seemed more interested in chatting to each other instead of cleaning restaurant.

Don't order the new chicken ribs. It was a joke, nothing looks like the from the menu at all... As for the Burger, salads was thrown in, kind of messy. It was rough, not worth to even take picture.   The Albion Hungry Jack burger presentation was perfect. It was nicely packed. But Not in this shop.

The burger is way too small. Bacanato Deluxe is garbage; it has no presentation whatsoever. I don't recommend this place. I ordered a large and I've had better burgers for the same price. In other restaurants
