Food was good quality and they got the order correct but took twenty minutes from arrival at the counter until they took the order even though there was only one customer ahead of me.

My visit to hugry jack today was disaster at 3pm when I got raw chicken inside the burger and on asking at reception, staff was not interested to cooperate at all. One of the staff member said the chicken is all good even without having a look. I ended up throwing my meal in the bin.

On weekend we went for dinner and we ordered 5 meals .it was looking like the girl who was taking orders drive through was new so we had to repeat the order 2_3 times which was ok that happens. But when we were paying we again realized that we were not paying g for the correct order .after some time we got it sorted out and at the next window we got the different drinks and we told them this was not ordered and not what we have paid for .after this other girl comes and says can you guys please not come drivethrough.
We were stunned with the explanations we tried to explained but  lady replied "whatever".
