It’s a bit of a lucky dip whether or not they will get my order right or even include all the items. 3/5 times it’s incorrect. For a company that is supposed to have a system in place this isn’t acceptable.

The staff are friendly but it is so clear they are overworked. Maybe check and see if they are actually getting their breaks? It doesnt seem they are.
