Utterly disgusting attitude from an employee called ‘Jason’ my 2 sons 13 and 14 ordered food which they took to top level and sat down, they were well into their meal when Jason approached them and asked them to move so some other customers accompanying Jason could sit there, both boys moved to a different seat by which time I arrived, we Got up to leave as soon as we finished - as soon as the boys stood up ‘Jason’ said very rudely - don’t forget to take your rubbish, remember this isn’t your home’ they hadn’t even had time to pack up and were in the process of picking it up after they stood up!! I’ve never dealt with service as rude as this in my entire life, my kids and I are always so respectful wherever we go but were treated like scum here. I’m never going here again

Just want to give a big wrap to Vicky and Ashley who were working the night shift on Tuesday 5 September. As you may know, Hungry Jacks in the city gets really busy and a bit loose after hours. These girls had great customer service, were switched on and were working really fast to get the orders out and keep the people flowing....great job girls! Keep up the good work!

Food is cheap and not horrible, the main problem i hate is the amount of staff. I worked in mcdonalds fastfood and you always need more than 1 person in back and only 1 person at front. Normaly a 2:1 ratio. So the wait is to long for "fast" food

If there was an option of giving 0 (Zero) stars, I would have done that. Really pathetic, disrespectful, aggressive, and WORST STAFF I have ever seen. An employee called Calvin- The Assistant Manager at the Hungry Jacks City Branch on the 11th of February 2018 (To be precise time was around 8:30 pm- remember this because I had a movie at 8:40 pm). This so called Assistant Manger - Calvin doesn’t even deserve to be a crew member for this store. He disrespected a women , and was rather trying to harass me. What I asked was few Tomato Sauces with my burger ( as my little brother cannot eat the burger without ketchup) and he said , I can’t give you Tomatao Sauce. I really don’t understand, how is the employment at this tire done? Really doubt the calalbilities of your hiring team. Really boycotting Hungry Jacks, till the time they don’t change their staff. Worst staff ever. Worst staff ever. Fire Calvin.
