ULTIMATE CHEESEBURGER or ultimate stuff up? Good to see HUNGRY JACKS on the burger battlefield with MACCA’s once again, improving selection, quality and price. Definitely not good to see, however, is double trouble, as ‘Hungry Slack’s’ manage to charge a whopping price of $11.50 for a burger with 1 Angus patty and 1 cheese slice when there should be 2 of each. When I ask ‘how many patties and cheese slices should be on the Ultimate Cheeseburger costing this much?’, I am told 2. I respect fast food workers and the guy serving was training - but the unconcerned manager’s response was poor - extremely slack and lacklustre. Hailing this ‘Australia’s best cheeseburger’, the double has twin Angus patties and cheese, gherkins, ketchup and mustard on a brioche bun. Be sure to ensure you get a double if you ordered, rather than the single version. Anyway, faults forgiven, the 5.5oz pattie is nice, and a run around Herston Park 2 or 3 times should burn it off nicely. Undeniably unhealthy, undeniably full of protein and undeniably delicious.

Whilst the meals were fine, the service was pretty bad. I waited roughly 20 minutes for my order and initially it seemed to be because the kitchen staff could not keep up with the amount of orders. But it was not particularly busy inside the resturant and it soon became obvious that one of the staff members was prioritizing driv-thru customers over eat-in ones. Additionally, all of the front of house staff seemed unorganized and unsure of what they were doing, often standing with their backs to the customers. I wouldn't recommend eating in this place if you are looking to be served quickly.

freshly cooked grill masters range boasted the best cheese burger in the country and i wasn't disappointed it disappeared down my gullet nicely Good burger chef better off treating yourself here rather than burger urge Constant reviews that you would not feed it to your dog by other jealous other spamming burger joints like burger urge make this franchise a better place to eat then the toilet slop they serve and constipation corrections burgers that toilet urge served Well done Hungry Jacks Bowen Hills best cheese burger down under The Staff work well together and support each other giving overall good customer experience Night time counter for walk in diners over the weekend would be a great addition please

asked for extra sauce did not receive enough had to wait in line to get more and staff were just standing there talking and then had to wait while they put more sauce and and had another chat to then get my burger back cold

After a really busy Friday, I bought 2 hunger tamers large meal on drive thru, the staff was pretty nice, but they forgot to put 2 burgers on the bag! I just realized when I got at home and sit at table with my partner. Also, the chips was like medium, not large size! I am very disappointed!!
