Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a ham and cheese toastie, with no ham and no cheese. Bread was toasted burnt, which I doubt how long has the sandwich presser been cleaned? HJ management need to look into the service level of this store. Store Hygiene is absolutely terrible as well.
Serving completely raw fried chicken last night. Severe health violation. Could kill someone. Want to hear what steps will be taken to ensure this will never happen again.
This is undoubtedly the worst Hungry Jack's in Brisbane. The chips were overly salty, the lettuce and bread stale, and the chicken unbearably dry. It seems they care little about customer satisfaction or upholding their reputation, straying far from HJ's usual standards. We wasted nearly $20 on a Tender Snack Wrap when we could have enjoyed the much better value of a Big Mac deal at McDonald's. What a regrettable choice.
Unfortunately I went in when they must have been training the entire store. There was a group of 5 wandering around learning to clean and it looked like every station had a new trainee. To many new people at once. My order was wrong, twice... Tasted fine once they actually got the food right
I recently visited Hungry Jacks with my son Darius on the weekend. It was a lovely experience when I visited the service was delightful and the burger was even more delightful. My son Darius wanted to know who made his burger and the server said it was made by Max. I want to shout out to Max as the burger made Darius very happy and he was delighted. Thank you, Max, for the delicious burger and I highly recommend this place.
