Was literally the only customer standing at the counter for 5 minutes while the staff ignored me. The manager looked directly at me for a good 10 seconds and then disappeared into the back. What the actual hell. There were 3 staff that looked at me and avoided me. I was the only customer!!! Disgusting.

Staff is friendly but the manager always puts up a not-amused expression. For a transit center the line is too long and poorly managed, the food preparation is alright but time management needs work. Drinks are limited and cannot be carried in a bag etc onto transport.

It would be lovely if there was a proper lounge to be comfortable , even in the travel center while waiting for transport , as some people have to wait for several hours ...

Customer service at this place is always poor, like they are doing you a favour by taking your order. Get the distinct impression no one likes working here.
