I recently visited this McDonald’s, and honestly, I left pretty frustrated. This was my fourth visit here, and for the second time, I wasn’t happy with what I got.nnI ordered a medium classic Angus meal, and as you can see in the pictures, the cheese wasn’t even on the burger—it was stuck to the box. It looked like no one cared at all when making it, and it just ruined the whole thing.nnWhat made it worse was the customer service. I complained to their main customer service team, and they just passed me off to the store. After one email from someone named Charlie, they completely stopped responding. It felt like they just gave up on me.nnI expect better from McDonald’s. It’s not too much to ask for a sandwich that’s put together properly and customer service that actually follows through. Really disappointing.
ordered a double cheeseburger with no pickles yet i received it with two pickles. also ordered a choc custard pie and received an apple pie. very disappointing.
DO NOT ORDER FROM UBER. The wait times are ridiculous. I waited an 1½ hours for my order to come, only for the drinks to have spilt all through the bag and over my food. I've ordered again since, thinking that surely it was a fluke, possibly with a bad driver. Nope. Half my order was missing and the wait times were still ridiculous. Lesson learned.nnI really wouldn't bother. Easiest refund I've ever gotten.
Today's order was a treat! We used the McDonald's app and were really happy with what we got - everything from two chicken bacon McMuffins to a ham and cheese toasty, a large fries, 6 nuggets, and a small drink. All for just a few dollars!nMcDonald's, you've outdone yourselves with the portion sizes, especially those fries - way more than we're used to, which was a nice surprise!
