I recently visited this McDonald’s, and honestly, I left pretty frustrated. This was my fourth visit here, and for the second time, I wasn’t happy with what I got.nnI ordered a medium classic Angus meal, and as you can see in the pictures, the cheese wasn’t even on the burger—it was stuck to the box. It looked like no one cared at all when making it, and it just ruined the whole thing.nnWhat made it worse was the customer service. I complained to their main customer service team, and they just passed me off to the store. After one email from someone named Charlie, they completely stopped responding. It felt like they just gave up on me.nnI expect better from McDonald’s. It’s not too much to ask for a sandwich that’s put together properly and customer service that actually follows through. Really disappointing.
Today's order was a treat! We used the McDonald's app and were really happy with what we got - everything from two chicken bacon McMuffins to a ham and cheese toasty, a large fries, 6 nuggets, and a small drink. All for just a few dollars!nMcDonald's, you've outdone yourselves with the portion sizes, especially those fries - way more than we're used to, which was a nice surprise!
I was served by an incredible young gentleman named Stephen. Stephen provided impeccable customer service with the kindest of manners and attitude. You can tell he is someone who strives to achieve excellence and his job, obviously climbing through the maccas managerial positions in his pursuit of greatness. I hope this flame inside of Stephen continues to be fueled by the amazing work attitude at Albion McDoanlds.
I visited on December 21, 2024. At around 3:48 PM, I observed one of your staff members kicking a cloth that failed onto the ground which is used for cleaning kitchen equipment. She then placed the same cloth on the food service area. This raises significant concerns about hygiene practices at your establishment. And your food tastes disgusting!
This is seriously the worst place in QLD to order food. We are on our 6th attempt and probably the worst effort test. Ordered a milkshake got a cup of water. Half full drinks and missing lines. All in all just rubbish service
