Hair in my chips but manager was just like no its just from the potato aghhhh i know what hair looks like!!!! Offered to replace them no refund yeah because i want more 9f your uncovered hair in my food .Disgusting and get some people skills!!!!

Terrible food, overpriced and tasteless burgers with low-quality chicken fillets that look like they are left-overs. Charged $1.00 for a tiny sauce tub half filled with oil. Horrible customer service. Germaine who served us talked as if we were annoying the hell out of her, even my 12 year-old said she looked like she was so sick of the job, totally unprofessional and rude. The managers were not so much better. The only positive things were probably the drinks and the chips.

Used to be better new menu changes are not as good. Slow service at this store usually even when quiet.

Rude, and not welcoming. Long wait time for no service and attitudes like they don’t care at all. Do not work for a customer service roll if you have no people skills. Horrible service
