Go in a 10:00pm and it still managed to take nearly 20mins to get a cheeseburger, coffee and sundae. Saw two customers walk out because they didn't get served after standing at the counter and 2 staff looked at each of them and just walked away. Maybe they aren't used to serving at the counter anymore. Finally got my order and after reading other reviews about how the burgers look I can agree. I got 5 mins down the road and my coffee was already cold. Highly doubt I will be back especially if they do not understand what customer service is.

Hash Brown was nice and crispy and my sister enjoyed her McFlurry, but waited close to half an hour for a Hot Chocolate.nRequested table service, but only half the order was delivered, with the rest left on the counter. Proceeded to then wait 5 - 10mins for a staff member to acknowledge me so I could ask where the other half was.

Honestly shocked about what happened this morning. Ordered a sausage and egg and a bacon and egg McMuffin.nnPerson in the car in front of me had drove back around to have his sausage and egg McMuffin remade as he didn’t receive egg on it. I heard his conversation with the manager.nnSaw them hand him a new muffin straight away. Received my order and got home to find my sausage and egg McMuffin missing its egg.nnI’m not the smartest person in the world but I can put two and two together. Honestly disgusting to think I was likely given a random persons food that they most likely handled.

Ordered 5 soft served for the kids, Drive thru attendant tonight didn’t acknowledge our existence.nnThen the soft serve don’t look right and we were informed ‘someone put shake mix in the wrong machine, it tastes the same it’s fine’ - it wasn’t, consistency was weird and taste was off.nnNot what you’d expect from a place known for consistency

Came into the drive through tonight, drove through was packed and still got my order in about a minute and it was so hot and fresh. Was very happy.
