Food is value for money, tables being kept clean by staff who were regularly clearing and wiping tables. A very busy McDonald's Sandgate but surprisingly not noisy. The atmosphere is pleasant which is created by staff who appeared organised and hard working. Wheel chair access but not a lot of car parks. All in all a great place for families to enjoy treat food.

Order was wrong, ordered a classic Angus and got a cheese burger, ordered a triple cheeseburger and when I lifted the top off there was one pickle the size of a 50 cent piece and a dot of sauce not much bigger.nThe fries were not very hot and very dried out possibly under the heat lamps too long.nJust not good enough, especially seeing some of the other reviews, do they care?nStaff were great.

First thing that hits you at sandgate McDonald's is how open and airy it is. But the biggest let down today for me was the lack of acknowledgment by the staff there. Both mcafe coffee staff member and the staff working at the tills and assembly station just ignored me till I spoke up. A little.disappointed but I was served quickly and out of there in minutes. Coffee is very nice and not too hot. I generally just get a coke to take with me on my afternoon drive while in Brisbane but this .morning I got coffee. The restaurant itself was very clean but I was the only customer there at that particular time. Staff on the drive through are good and I really have no complaints.

I never review McDonald’s as they are all pretty ordinary but this one actually impressed me. It was really clean especially the toilets and the food was made fresh to order and not just slapped together. All the staff were friendly and it looked very clean behind the counter.nIf only all McDonald’s were like this

Making customers drive all the way out the front of the building into a waiting bay when no one else is in the drive through just to make your service stats look better is just poor management. Also the food always looks like its been thrown across the store. Seems like no one cares at this store, and it always appears management just don't care.nUnfortunately one of the worst Mcdonalds in brisbane north and it's ours... yay.
