My Aussie tropical burger was missing pineapple and mayo. Not happy at all. So mayo made it a bit dry to eat. The chips were great. Everything else was fresh and nice to eat. Service was good, friendly and polite. I did have to wait in the wait area, but no long. My drink was raspberry float and was delicious.
I don’t often eat hungry jacks or fast food in general, but the other night an employee called Jy helped walk me through the menu and quite honestly gave the best customer service experience I’ve ever received. His recommendations were delicious! Great food! Will definitely be coming back!
I bought a whopper with cheese on Wednesday night as a quick meal. After scraping the cup of mayonnaise out of the burger - yes, literally a cup of sauce which destroyed the burger, I came across a dozen pickles. Quality control was non existent and it quickly made a favourite item a repulsive memory.
The food was very good as I expect but had to return to the store, not the first time, to pick up the rest of my order. I would have thought even a large fries to compensate for the extra fuel and angst.
Noah was so lovely to deal with as I was having issues with the HJ app we had ordered breakfast menu options, were charged via the app but were having issues selecting our pick up in store option as getting an error and then it hit 11am. Noah did my order manually for me and honoured the app prices without an issue and was so calm through it too. Thank you Noah
