I ordered a pizza over the phone, and went to collect. Gave my name and told my order was not that far. It was in the oven. Wait for 15 -20 minutes but haven't got it. After that one girl in the counter asked my name again and told such order was not placed there. Just wonder why did you keep me there such longer if that order was not placed. To busy with delivery, don't care much about in store customers.

Very late delivery. Cold are bare pizza. Complained but was told it was busy and they got there when they got there

Terrible. Ordered pizza on a Monday night before closing time, to have pizza not show up at all. Dissapointing. If you’re going to stay open till 11pm and deliver till 11pm, maybe you should actually deliver. If you don’t want to deliver till 11pm, cut off delivery time earlier. I’m very annoyed.

Pizza delivered cold with minimal toppings. Their new method of delivery is by bicycle resulting in cold pizzas. Called the store and was advised this is the new norm. Never again, very disappointing.
