Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I had a 6inch toasted sub and it was soggy. The lady that served myself and my mother was sour, didn’t bother to smile. Impatient and rude. Wouldn’t go back there if she was serving.

*Actual conversation with staff member today* Me: Hi, I would like to pay for a teriyaki chicken sub but can I have the chicken left in the cardboard tray. Staff A: Um, OK... oh, we no longer have the cardboard tray... *Another staff member suggests to put it in the salad tray.* Staff A: *loudly* but that is SUCH a waste. Staff A: you'll have to pay for the teriyaki chicken sub though. Me: Well, yes. Of course. Staff A: *mutters* I just don't even understand WHY would ask this... like, I JUST CAN'T EVEN understand. I JUST CAN'T EVEN. Me: Well, I want a veggie delight and the chicken is for my toddler. Staff A: *still confused and feels hard done by with such a simple request* Surely, there are better candidates than this?!

To the girl at subway who done the order for taekwondo today, you done an awesome job getting those platters done, you are a credit to the company, wasn't your fault the internet order didn't get passed on to you, you took it on your stride and smashed them out, welldone
