Unfortunately tonight's experience was completely underwhelming. Ordered an extra hot coffee which sat on the counter for ten minutes while waiting for my order to be completed. Fry station was on process of being cleaned, so the fries were being served off what looked like a black plastic food tray. Undoubtedly the worst fries I've ever eaten or not eaten after having a couple. Then there was the Classic Angus pictured here no tomato and you can see the extent of the lettuce. A real classic.
Hadn’t eaten all day now 3:30pm, ordered a burger without cheese for the long drive home after work- I cant eat dairyn10mins down the highway & open it up with 3 cheese slices melted on the burger.nCouldn’t eat it & had another 2 hour drive home.nPretty simple order to get wrong.nOrder #177 on Saturday 6th December.
I ordered a medium iced chocolate, and they give me one… WITHOUT WHIPPED CREAM!!! what is this?? plus, i was meant to get monopoly tickets with this. i received none. not the first time i’ve been here. disappointed every single time. don’t come here
If I could give a 0 star rating, i would the chips were raw. The burger had no sauce, went back in to get to sauce, and came back smothered in sauce and not assembled properly.
consistently, time and time, and time again the WORST macca’s experience. items are 9 times out of 10 missing from the order, grill slips are constantly ignored, items are never replaced if not available. have several times tried to order a hawaiian burger and every single time, no pineapple was put on. just did an app order and ordered a big mac and small fries, instead i received only a large fries. it’s pathetic. this is not a hard job and staff give zero effort 24/7. very upsetting to constantly receive such poor service and more often than not very poor quality products
