I’m honestly shocked at how bad my experience at Nudgee Maccas was. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was beyond a joke.nnThe service was unbelievably slow and the staff seemed completely disinterested in doing their jobs. Standing there waiting while employees walked around like they had all the time in the world was incredibly frustrating. When my order finally arrived, it was wrong — missing items and the food that was there was barely even warm.nnThe quality was terrible. The fries were cold and soggy, the burger looked like it had been thrown together from across the room, and the whole meal felt like it had been sitting around for ages. For a place that’s supposed to be “fast food,” it was anything but fast and definitely not good.nnWhat makes it worse is the complete lack of care. No apology, no urgency to fix the issue, just a shrug like this kind of service is normal. It honestly felt like nobody there cared about customers at all.nnI’ve been to plenty of McDonald’s before and never had an experience this poor. This location seriously needs to get its act together because right now it’s one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had.nnWould not recommend
sadest hamburger I’ve had to date. That’s literally bun, patty, ketchup and mustard.nnFalse advertisement: “100% Aussie beef, topped with onion, pickles, zesty ketchup and mustard”nnOnion and pickles missing 40% of ingredients missing unless you count the bun as separate ingredient.
Little annoyed that we had to ask for straws for our drinks, for them to say what and how many. And then to get our new burgers Bistro bearnaise burgers and they have no tomatoes on any of the burgers we got. Very disappointing trying it for the first time. I even said to hubby it needs tomatoes yet he said it should and both didnt.nnGet your orders correct Mecca's before handing out a new item to customers.
Very simple order took about 15minutes as noone behind the counter seemed to be doing anything towards getting orders out. If there was a manager, they weren't managing at all. A line up of about 15 drinks and no food in sight. Service centre not busy like I've seen other times.
I’ve gone in there three times now at 1 am and it is shut for 40 minutes when they clearly advertise that it is 24 hours and not even helpful. I’m trying to get something to eat and I couldn’t care. I couldn’t even come out of their Office, it really Shouldn’t be called 24 hours if you can’t operate 24 hours two staff members on and it’s just not on.
