Ordered a 3 piece feed and this is what we got: small!,medium, large piece of chicken the small piece was just the skin only. No idea what happened to the portion size. Used to be so good and value for money but now it’s just ticking a box. The 3 piece feed used to be generous portion size back in 2020 and good value for money. Now it’s just a waste. You really have to double check if you’ve got the right order.

I’ve never felt so disrespected at a fast food restaurant before. The customer service at KFC Clayfield on 26/05 at 7:00 PM was absolutely appalling. Two staff members, Grace and Charlie, were shockingly rude. Grace rolled her eyes and gave us attitude simply for asking a straightforward question — completely unprofessional. Then Charlie spoke to us with an aggressive tone throughout the interaction, making the entire experience feel hostile and uncomfortable. As we drove off, he sarcastically yelled “Have a good day” — clearly mocking us.nnThen the food order was of very poor quality and had just been thrown into the bag. They had also missed the extra pepper mayo as ordered, Just careless.nnThis kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable. It’s not just poor service — it’s outright disrespect. No customer should ever be made to feel this way. If this is the standard being set at this store, it’s a serious reflection of poor training and leadership. I won’t be returning, and I’ll be advising others to avoid this location until something is done about the way customers are being treated.

I ordered an ultimate zinger meal and when I went to eat the chicken piece it was raw inside.nI reported on the KFC website that it had happened.n3 days later I was contacted and was told it was because the hot and spicy chicken sometime doesn't cook properly.nnI was offered a $20 and was told it had been sent to me. But I am yet to see it.

This store repeatedly gets orders wrong.nMost recently missing almost $10 worth of the order, which I'm offered 1 drink as compensation. Try again guys, I want the money back for food I did not receive.nnVery simple order, and zero effort to pack it correctly. I will keep posting and emailing until someone acknowledges this poor service

If you get sick after purchasing food from here that would because a male member of staff was swinging a broom from floor to shoulder height repeatedly as if it were a golf club. It doesn't take a genius to understand that this action would be spreading dust particles and bacteria over the benches/packing areas and the exposed chips in the warmer. He thought he was hilarious when I suggested this and continued. This was my favourite branch and I had previously enjoyed good food and good service here.
