I ordered an ultimate zinger meal and when I went to eat the chicken piece it was raw inside.nI reported on the KFC website that it had happened.n3 days later I was contacted and was told it was because the hot and spicy chicken sometime doesn't cook properly.nnI was offered a $20 and was told it had been sent to me. But I am yet to see it.
The food meets the quality and taste that you'd expect from a standard KFC. But the dining area was dirty, and in the 30 min that we were there, we didn't see anyone attempting to clean. I was happy to wipe our table, but there weren't even serviettes available to use. You most certainly need to ask for them, and then you'd only get 2! The spoons were missing from our orders that had mashed pototo and gravy, and again, no serviettes or wet wipes in our orders. Very poor service overall.
I order a buyer neal on Uber, with a price of chicken. The burger was tiny and slapped together, and they must of searched the store for the smallest bit of chicken, Clayfield KFC is the worst. This is not the first time I have had issues with them, they just don't give a hoot.nHire so.e decent people.
POV you finish work and can’t wait to tuck into KFC chips and you open it to it thinking brother ewwww what’s that’s? That being half filled and over cooked/looks dry and stale. Not even editable. Charge all the money then at least learn how to cook chips right and serve them some what fresh. Clayfield KFC seems to be one of the worst in Brisbane
Actually disgraceful. Avoid at all costs. Genuinely fraudulent. Pay for 10 pieces of original chicken and they put in wicked wings instead. RIP OFF. Close this joint down. Daylight robbery. The Colonel would be rolling in his grave.
