Food is what you would expect but young staff under pressure will basically throw food at you without even making eye contact while barking at other staff. The customer service has always been lacking here. I haven't ever had an order wrong though so that's something.

Good service but they sometimes leave things out of your order. I have used this KFC many times and, yeah, things get missed more often than they should. Also there are no restrooms for customers. This is really just a drive-thru KFC. But damn it I still love their chicken!

Worst kfc in Brisbane. Constantly getting orders wrong, staff are more interested in acting like fools behind nd the counter rather than doing their job.

Got really bad service from this store, I ordered large family meals and I didnt receive everything I paid for. The stuff weren't very helpful when I tried to talk to them about it. Their drive thru is extremely slow, I waited over 10 minutes to get served. Worse service ever.

Drive thru design sucks as most of the time you end up stuck on the street or having to park up anyways which then leads me to the walk in access - just as bad and a little dangerous tbh where you have to walk all the way around towards Gympie road and then cross through their drive thru. Food was alright but the hassle to get it seems a little more than needed
