I’m pretty fussy when it comes to my order and almost always customise my burger. I even ask for my fries with no salt, and every single time they get it right.nnIt’s honestly the only fast-food place I’ve been to where I’m confident that if I ask for something specific, I’ll get exactly what I ordered. The food is always fresh, always tasty, and the service is consistently reliable.nnI know it’s “just KFC”, but when you want something quick and dependable, the Kedron branch never disappoints. Five stars from me!

I love going to KFC Kedron, The staff there are amazing and helpful, especially Lincoln, he has always gone above and beyond in helping me with my orders.  He also recommends deals if they are available without me asking for them.  The time it takes from ordering in the drivethru to receiving the orders is very quick in my experience.  I have gotten to know the staff, Scott, Joe, Dom, Ben.  Great team, cannot rate them higher.  Job well done everyone:

Ash, the guy working at the front counter on 22/05/2026 between 9:30–10:00 pm, provided amazing customer service. He was incredibly diligent, charismatic, friendly, and genuinely attentive throughout the whole interaction. Experiences like this really make a difference. The girl with the pink hat is absolutely amazing. I went through the drive thru and my order was wrong - which is okay because this girl made my whole night. She ensured by food was replaced and it was good quality.nnShe was so friendly. She deserves a raise.nnP.S. i love you hair its gorg x

Went to this KFC establishment after seeing Beetlejuice the Musical at QPAC for an early dinner 4pm. First thoughts, very small and the atmosphere was dirty with very little cleanliness in sight. Ordered a large 10 piece nugget combo with a small potato & gravy for a little over $21 bit ridiculous if you ask me, especially when the small potato & gravy costs $5.95. After placing my order through the self-serve kiosk which wasn’t clean and felt sticky, I was trying to find a bathroom to clean my hands after using the kiosk, to which I couldn’t find. I checked outside to make sure there was one, still no toilet in sight, and lastly asked a staff member who was a bit rude and they stated that “we don’t have toilet’s here”. Isn’t that a health and safety violation for not having a bathroom in your establishment? Had to walk over next door to the Hungry Jacks to wash my hands, and received my order once I walked back. The food was at a decent temperature and ate it with no troubles. Rooms for improvement: getting a bathroom, train your staff to speak more appropriately, and efficiently clean the kiosks after a person has used them.
