I ordered a brekkie burger with no egg and on the box, it clearly said no egg yet when I opened my burger there was an egg in there. I am deeply allergic to eggs and I don’t appreciate the fact that Maccas don’t do their job. No wonder why your ratings are so low!!
When i went thru the drive thru this morning, the person working the speaker did the mc donalds ba ba ba jingle before asking my order.nnIt brought a smile to my face and made my morning , i asked if the were told to do that or if it was their own accord. They said they like doing it to see the reaction of the customers.nnTo me it was excellent to see that team members had some personality and individualism , that lead to a positive customer reaction sufficient enough for me to go out of my way and make a post about itnnThe lessons here is for mc donalds to identify those staff members and look to empower then into young leaders, within the teams to continue to deliver an outstanding experience for patrons
Step 1 Want a cheese burger and need onion on it so it’s actually somewhat passable as food.nStep 2 Order a cheeseburger.nStep 3 Get a cheese burger with no onion.nStep 4 Next time ask for extra onion and get charged for wanting “extra” when all you want is the onion it is meant to come with.nStep 5 Receive a cheeseburger with no onion still even though they charged you for asking for extra onion.nStep 6 Ask for extra onion and stress the point when you purchase another cheeseburger.nStep 7 Have a McDonalds employee give you a weird tone and face as they say “they come with onion….”.nStep 8 Receive another cheeseburger without onion after paying extra for onion that once again should be on a standard cheeseburger.nStep 9 Repeat until McDonalds has all your money and sanity.nnFix: Hire people who are capable of making food properly and pay them enough to at least care enough to do the minimum. Stop charging people and not providing the thing they paid for. Hire people who don’t give you meh attitudes when you ask for an item just to never get that item anyways.nnOh also this place is 24/7 but they ignore you. I came through the drive through. Waited at the box. Nothing for a few minutes. Drove to the window. No one. Drove to the second window and three girls are all on their phone talking and laughing. I stop at the window for 60-120 seconds. Nothing even though they can see the car. I ended up just driving away that night haha.nnIt’s actually wild how bad McDonalds is these days. Which might be a good thing as we should not be eating this “food”.
Order #171nDreadful. Spicy McChicken was inedible. Frys wilted and lifeless and the state of the restaurant was disgusting. Tables littered with rubbish as well over the floors. Tables were filthy and had not been cleaned for what looked like all night.nnDo better. Please.
Change your opening hours, so disabled people don’t have to show up at your restaurant to get their food, only to discover you only serve people who can drive.nI shouldn’t have to learn from your slack, rude staff that you no longer accept customers without cars. They have a sign on the door saying “drive through and mcdelivery only” and they don’t even do mcdelivery. People without the privilege of a car must pay an additional Uber delivery fee, service fee, and higher item price than those who can access the drive thru. The LEAST they could do is make sure the place is clean but they can’t even do that right.
