What is this abomination!? I just got this delivered from Uber eats with my Macca's bundle. I was supposed to receive a frozen raspberry with soft serve which is always vanilla. Instead I receive what looks like Sprite, with chocolate ice cream of all things!!!! Get it together kids.

Been a regular for a year ordering an extra hot cap. Most of the time it’s perfect. Today, it was just warm so I asked for it to be remade extra hot and the manager came over to me and said it is as hot as they can legally make it and she can put hot water in it. I told her it’s extra hot and still she refused. I said I’ll have my money back and go without and she refused and said there’s nothing wrong with it. I said it’s not what I ordered.nShe refused.nI gave her the receipt, left the coffee and said I wouldn’t be back and I definitely won’t.nPoor customer service.

The food's what you'd expect, always been very fresh and well prepared, however the last two times I came a fair bit was missing from our order we didn't realise until I got home and I couldn't find any way to report it over the app.nnI'm a carer who's picking up for someone else and he's always been happy with his meal pun not intended, but definitely double check you received all your food before you leave.

I’m honestly so sick and tired of asking for more sauce in the Big Mac dipping sauces. I don’t need it overflowing but at least give me as much as what would be in a sweet and sour pre packaged sauce.nLike does this honestly look like enough sauce for 6 nuggets?

From our home base its only here or Stafford McDonalds... I haven't yet had any issues here but then again we only really get coffees or a cheese burger mealnnNo complaints tonight but I can always renew my post if I receive bad service later on‍
