Change your opening hours, so disabled people don’t have to show up at your restaurant to get their food, only to discover you only serve people who can drive.nI shouldn’t have to learn from your slack, rude staff that you no longer accept customers without cars. They have a sign on the door saying “drive through and mcdelivery only” and they don’t even do mcdelivery. People without the privilege of a car must pay an additional Uber delivery fee, service fee, and higher item price than those who can access the drive thru. The LEAST they could do is make sure the place is clean but they can’t even do that right.

I visited McDonald’s Chermside for breakfast on 17 July 2025. Despite waiting patiently, others who ordered after me were served first. When I politely asked, the staff brushed me off. The manager, KY, ignored my issue, gave me a sloppy order, and showed a poor attitude. When I raised concerns, he blamed me for yelling, refused to check CCTV, and told me I wasn’t welcome, even threatening to call the police. I felt humiliated and disrespected. This location urgently needs to improve customer service and treat all guests fairly.

Today I ordered 2x hot cakes, a Big Mac and some fries and a decaf mocha. They were so hot, fast to get to the table and when I accidentally dropped my coffee, I offered to mop. The manager today didn’t make me feel bad, she made me another coffee and told me I don’t have to clean spill.nThe staff’s faces were very welcoming and the hospitality was the best.nnBest McDonald’s I’ve been to in Australia

You write use drive thru to pick up orders between 12 am -4 am. I came here to pick the orders for customers, waited 5 cars in front of me then you say come in store to pick the orders. Must be a joke. I will cancel the orders on my end another driver can come and pick them up. If you gonna order from this restaurant consider you might get it way late then you should.

I am actually sick of this. Everytime I go here they forget something. My partner ordered a bundle meal deal and went to pick it up. They forgot the 2 cheeseburgers. Fries are disgusting and hard, taste like they were sitting in the heater for a good hour before being served.
