When you order a large and a small sundae with caramel topping you would usually expect : the container to be full , there to actually be more then a quick squirt of the topping. This was pathetic. Assumed there may be topping further down the minuscule amount of ice cream, I was wrong. Would hurt the staff to a least appear happy to be at work.
Went in on 13/01/2025 and whole order was wrong. Rang straight away and they never picked up. Rang later on and spoke to a male manager who said he would replace the whole $38.99 order and gave me a code for next time I came in. Went in tonight 14/01/2025 and spoke to a girl at the speaker. When she told me the replacement was for half my order value was $21.90. When I told the girl that that wasn’t the conversation I had on the phone her manager then started talking. She tried explaining that what the male manager had told me over the phone was not what he had written down. After a bit of back and forth the female manager repeated the order back and when I added in the one of my burgers needed to have the cheese on it because that was what was wrong last time, she then proceeded to tell me “um, I wasn’t done talking” in a rude tone. When we pulled up to the window the order was wrong again and when I told the crew member he said he would get his manager. The same manager who I spoke to at the speaker box came over and started having a go at me saying “did I eat the chips and drink cause I shouldn’t get a replacement meal if I ate the chips and drank the drink” which is not fair because my whole meal was wrong the night before. When I drove to the next window I asked one of the crew members for the managers name and she ignored me so I asked another she proceeded to tell me “April” and slammed the window in my face. So thanks April. Maybe learn some customer server.
Consistency is their key. Poor quality dried out food. Cannot manage their drive through. Never ever get your order complete/correct. Consistent any time of the day.
This is my regular Maccas. Couldn’t think of going anywhere else. Aspley Maccas is sensaysh. My coffee was a little weak when they first gave it to me, so promptly remade it and apologised. Although we waited a few minutes for the large coffee, Michael from McCafe who served us was magnificent and bought us our coffees in the rain. Michael seems like a very reliable employee
Asked them to remake a burger that they'd put onions on, that had been ordered without onions, for my child and was given this. I hope you feel good knowing a 7 year old child went without her dinner, because of your spiteful actions.
