Very clean environment, no rubbish anywhere, including the toilets; great service, respectful and caring staff. Also very quick too, compared to other McDonald’s. I spent $18.00 on a meal, and it was worth my money. Definitely recommend this McDonald’s.
very bad coffee. they gave us the coffee which stayed outside for a while, not fresh made, espresso suppose on the top of the milk but it's mixed together when we pick it up. taste like water. Wasted of money and time.
We don’t eat McDonald’s much at all and don’t generally like bad reviews. We stopped here on the way home from Brisbane..nwhat a disgrace, Cheese burgers that looked like they had been dropped on the ground and then slapped back together.. chips were cold the only thing the got right was the vanilla thick shakes safe to say won’t be eating McDonald’s anytime soon..
I've been to this McDonald's a few times in the last year, while visiting Aspley or passing through Brisbane. The staff are friendly and the food has always been great, but I can't say the same about the ladies restroom. On trip out of Brisbane recently we chose to stop there to grab some breakfast. We both used the ladies restroom, one cubicle had no toilet paper at all left on the roll, it was just a cardboard roll. The other cubicle also had an empty roll, plus the 2nd roll sitting next to it inside the toll dispenser may have been put on wrong as you couldn't get the toilet paper out easily, it only let you rip off a little pieces at a time, which was ridiculous. Luckily I had tissues in my handbag. The floor in the ladies toilet was disgusting, it was littered with little peices of toilet paper, similar to the amount you could only get off the roll. It looked like it hadn't been swept or cleaned by staff for days.nWe got our food promptly but I was shaking my head as I was really annoyed & disgusted when we left. Next time I'm in Brisbane going through Aspley I will call in and check if they've mastered how to correctly load a roll of toilet paper in the cubicles.
Consistency is their key. Poor quality dried out food. Cannot manage their drive through. Never ever get your order complete/correct. Consistent any time of the day.
