Very clean environment, no rubbish anywhere, including the toilets; great service, respectful and caring staff. Also very quick too, compared to other McDonald’s. I spent $18.00 on a meal, and it was worth my money. Definitely recommend this McDonald’s.
Change to this review to show the consistancy in poor quality. This is our local Maccas so we do order here a fair bit. First pic is supposed to be a Medium mocca, as you can see it arrived half full. Second pic is supposed to be a large frozen fanta/lemon, you may not be able to tell from the pic, but what we got was a small, half full, not frozen drink. Oh and we also ordered a medium caramel latte on oat, but we didn't get that at all so i couldn't include a pic of that. These pics were taken around 2 weeks apart. Half full drinks seem to be the go here.
We don’t eat McDonald’s much at all and don’t generally like bad reviews. We stopped here on the way home from Brisbane..nwhat a disgrace, Cheese burgers that looked like they had been dropped on the ground and then slapped back together.. chips were cold the only thing the got right was the vanilla thick shakes safe to say won’t be eating McDonald’s anytime soon..
If I could give no stars I would, this may aswell of been called a circus with everyone who was clowning around. I received my mcchicken 45 minutes after ordering. In that time frame a bloke in the back who’s name was either Mitchell or Michael, was obnoxious he sat on frying the chicken and did straight up nothing, my chicken patty was basically still frozen as he decided it would be smart to put it doe for probably 6 or 7 seconds. Safe to say I will not be back. Please if one of the managers are reading this handle your employees. Nama Out
For a McDonalds located in-front of their head office, their organisation and speed is far slower than others I’ve been to.nnThe drive-thru is that full and cars everywhere. Even an accident in the carpark. I live near by and this is a daily occurrence. For a company built on customer service, speed and safety. This would be one of the worst restaurants for this.
