We come here often and the service is always outstanding. The staff are so friendly and the food is just so damn delicious!!! I don't see how anyone can rate this place less than 5 stars. We always have a wonderful experience here and I recommend it to all of my friends and colleagues. Screw the haters! You guys keep on being amazing.

My wife and I love this place. Come here all the time and really love it. After reading these reviews it is obvious to me that people complain over every little thing. The owner of this store and the staff obviously dont choose how much things cost, or even how things are done. If you have a problem with that then I would suggest taking it up with Zambrero as a whole. But more about this restaurant! It is amazing. We love coming here. The food is so great and we love that they have such wonderful vegan options. The cauliflower is to die for!

Food was amazing and can’t fault it but the girl who served us seriously needs to consider whether customer service is for her. I understand being fast but she was sloppy with putting things together and when my partner asked what sauces they were, because he took a few seconds to answer she rolled her eyes at us and had attitude. Poor customer service but great food.

EDIT: Had a good old chat with the boss. Very good communication and seemed pretty happy to help. Changing my review from a 3 to a 5 star rating cause of this awesome communication. Shows the owner really cares about the customers and that makes them ok in my book. Not their fault one of the trainers is a bad nut. Plus the food is scrumptious so definitely worth the five star. **************************************** The food was really good, but the lass who served me was just plain mean. She spent the entire time making my burrito complaining about the other staff and how they were new. She was not happy to help them and she repeatedly said how slow they were, whilst taking her sweet time to make me a simple burrito. Really not impressed with the attitude and I feel sorry for the new staff that she was "helping". I will be back for the food, but not the service. Management should choose their trainers better.

If I pay extra for cheese then why is it only a tiny sprinkle of cheese? I asked for a bit more to the response of that will be an extra 50c. It's the standard serving size. So $17 in total for it and they argue over a measly serving of cheese. A great example of how we are being ripped off in Australia. BTW I've eaten here before and had proper servings sizes. SMH
