Amazing costumer service every time I walk in, food is alway the best and I have never had a messed up order. The owner is the most friendly, loving person I have ever met who always has a smile on his face and will always get involved with charity or helping of local schools. Restaurant quality of best with the upgrade of the outdoor area and it is always clean, keep it up Bracken Ridge your doing a great job

What they sell can not be called food. You can leave it on a table, outside in the sun.. it still looks the same a year later. NOTHING ELSE IN NATURE RECONISES THIS AS FOOD. If you rated this 5 stars you should not review food destinations. If you take your kids here... YOU ARE A BAD PARENT!!!

In my experience the customer service is good. The food is your standard McDonald's fare. It can get very busy and packed with people waiting to order or collect their order.

We come here often for coffees and food on the weekend. We love this place their staff exceptional. They work hard but Always greet you with a smile and a friendly face. We highly doubt we will find this level of service in any other maccas. Food is also always fresh. They hardly make a mistake. I once forgot my money but they gave me my food and coffees anyway! My wife and son dropped in for a coffee and some breakfast just out the blue. Firstly my son has massive allergies to eggs. The staff were very accommodating to his needs for food not cooked with eggs using a cleaned grill and gloves at the request of the manager not what i expected. The front counter staff are very friendly and the food was made wonderfully and the coffee was terrific. I have had some shocking experiences with mcdonalds outlets elsewhere this store is a true credit due to the professional staff who show great respect and pride in there job. I will return to this store when on that side of Brisbane again.
