Flattest roll I have ever had from Subway. There is hardly any salad on my roll and I got 7 different salads on it. Don’t waste your money here. Staff also need to speak up and speak clearer.
We’re regular customers at the Carseldine Subway and usually enjoy our visits, but recently there’s been a new tall female staff member who is consistently rude. We don’t like leaving negative reviews, but we couldn’t find another way to share our feedback. It would really help if she could be reminded to treat customers with respect, courtesy, and a smile — she always seems upset or angry, which makes the experience unpleasant.
got 2 subs, asked for more stuff on both subs and got exactly what i asked for. the lady working was super nice and not hesitant on extras like you get at most subways. i’d come back here a thousand times, plus it’s 24 hours so that was fantastic.
I order one 6inch sub and nachos. She give me two 6 inch subs.when i am going for pick up she don’t inform me about my order when i open my packet then i realise its not my order i go inside the store and ask about my order she said we don’t have nachos….
