*Edited* tried again, pizzas got smaller, crust expanded, and got a free HAIR embedded in our pizza also! nThis place never fails to get your order wrong. You don’t often get the extra upgrades you pay for, there’s more base sauce than any topping or cheese, and when you bring it light via a phone call, they’ll often say they’ll send one out, you’ll wait a few hours and when you finally do get that replacement, the add on extra topping you paid for, still isn’t included nHowever the prices are reasonable, and the delivery people are always lovely and polite. It’s just disappointing not to get what you order, when you know this place has so much potential. I will also add, the thin and crispy bases are usually amazing and truly thin and crispy, so I will return, but please, take not of our orders and ingredients Pizza Hut Taigum.
, I ordered a pizza from your restaurant, and upon receiving it, I was extremely disturbed to find a hair embedded in the pizza. This not only ruined the meal but also led to a very unpleasant experience, as I had to vomit due to the disgust of the situation.nnI understand that accidents can happen, but this is unacceptable, especially in a food establishment where cleanliness and food safety should always be a top priority. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that proper hygiene standards are being followed.
Very bad customer service. Even telling to young boy at the counter. Didn't listen what customer want. He didn't ticked off what i order too , I asked for no pineapple no mushrooms on one of pizza.nAfter my order I checked it there. They didn't accept their mistake.nAnd not offered my receipt either. Seriously.nEven i told to manager he Even didn't wanted to listen to customer.nEven not saying sorry.. he started arguing and didn't listen.nSeriously though I would not go there in future.nThis was my last order.nThanks.nVery unhappy customer.
Used to be the go to but my last two orders have been horrible. First order was over cooked/burnt. Figured I'd give them another shot and then ordered again and it was worse. The dough tasted off/expired, way too greasy. That's the last time I'm ordering pizza from Taigum Pizza Hut.
Last month, I ordered over the phone as I have done mostly to avoid the wait times. only to come home to find that my regular lasagna was not at all properly cooked. My pizza and garlic bread was not properly cooked either. Had to drive back and get staff to re do the order.nnLast night, I checked that my food was cooked properly, it seemed fine yet I ended up violently vomiting half an hour after ingesting it. Not a good experience at all as I hardly ever vomit I'm m not at all happy. I am certain that mine is not an isolated case.nnI used to be a regular here all the time. The lovely Indian family who ran it for many years always kept orders correct and safe to consume... Not at all safe it seems any longer with the new owners.nnI will not be purchasing any more food from here sadly. I am very disappointed with the sharp decline in proper service at Pizza Hut Taigum.nnMy mother is likely going to demand my money back. She was a witness to my ordeal that was akin to food poisoning.
