Worst service. I dared to query price as $38 seemed high for 6 pieces of chicken 1 large chips and two burgers and was meet with the nastiest look of disdain I ever had! I only wanted to ensure we had the right price! The woman at takeaway needs to be sent to learn customer service skills. We asked for two original burgers, one was ok despite the chicken tasting like it was a tough old hen. The other supplied was a zinger… very hot and distasteful. It went in the bin. The six pieces of chicken tasted like old dried up hens that had sat for 24 hours so binned it. All the food was excessively salty and inedible. We feasted on the chips for $38. Never ever again.
Worst KFC by far, ordered a waffle double burger and specifically asked and was reassured it was original chicken and not Zinger, had to wait in the waiting bay when there was no one else around and it was quiet. To then drive home and have been given a zinger double, The one thing we specifically asked to make sure that it was not that. This wasn't the first time either. Same thing happened a week ago. How hard it is to listen to a paying customer with a simple request. Do yourselves a favour and go to any other KFC.
Edit 26/07/24 - Just waited 45 minutes for an incorrect order. And received extremely bad attitude from employee named Ashlan. And apparently I'm not the only one. I'm back in store to collect a replacement meal as mine was not correct. I made a comment about Ashlan to the manager who then asked if I was the one who made the complaint about her this evening. I have not yet officially complained about her, so it appears someone else has also had a negative experience with her too ‍nnUsually they do a decent enough job, but they don't seem to know what salt is at this store. If you request extra salt, you might be lucky enough to get an amount that you can just get a hint of a taste of. If you don't ask for extra, you will get chips that taste like they don't have a single grain of salt on them.nnOften long waits and sometimes errors with items in orders, but I do understand that they are a busy store.
I went to KFC Aspley at 1:42pm. The young girl who took my order was quite rude. When I arrived at the paying window, I payed for my order and then was informed that the extras I asked for in my wrap twice, weren’t in the wrap because she didn’t input them. She told me that the food was already made and that I’d have to pay extra for the extras that I asked for. I said that is fine and asked if they could add the extras into the wrap. She then rolled her eyes at me and stormed back to the kitchen to tell them. She then came back and was just standing there not saying anything, continuing to roll her eyes. I found that quite disrespectful and really unprofessional. We then arrived home and opened the chips to find a black hair in them. That was quite disgusting. The wicked wings were soggy as well. The rest of the food was good, just wish the customer service was better or at least they should train their staff to be more respectful. Wont be returning to this KFC, unfortunately.
3 entered for lunch at 1.44pm on Saturday, ordered a BC Zinger Combo, and BC Combo and Ultimate Fillet Box.nnHad to ask for tables to be cleaned so we could eat in, then waited some time for the meals, and then all of the burgers were cold and unpleasant.nnOne set of chips was unsalted.nnNo napkins or wet cloths for wiping of hands afterwards, no table delivery of meal, and had to go and ask for napkins.nnThe size of the burgers was really bad in width, depth, and breadth.nnThe chips were starcy.nnFood safety was compromised with boxes from the floor placed on makeup benches and serving counters.nnThis is not a great safe place to eat. Food safety is compromised .nnKeep driving
