Got 10 pieces of original recipe of which 4 were so hard i couldnt even take a bite off it, 5 of which were edible but was super dry and 1 was reasonably tasty.. can only question their quality control.. on the good side the potato gravy and the chips was nice :'

Ordered via the app - one supercharged bowl from the secret menu and a popcorn chicken go bucket. I picked up via drive thru and when I got home I noticed the portions were very small and unusual for both items - you could tell they were too lazy to make another batch of chips I have photos to show as well. I contacted the KFC and the manager on the phone was excellent and willing to remake the order which I picked up the next day. The staff were happy to remake - however this time they forgot the gravy in the supercharged bowl and I didn’t realise till I reached home was not willing to drive back for a third time. You would think that they would be extra cautious in ensuring I have all my items as this is getting remade! The staff here need some serious training and attention to detail, however they’re customer service is great.
Just bought a 6 pack of regular chicken and what a disgrace. The chicken was as dry as it could be .You can't tell me that staff don't know by looking at it that the chicken had been in the warmer for ages. I could see as soon as I opened it at home it was going to be dry. Just didn't have time to take it back. How to loose a customer when you had him
Received a meal after an hour given to the wrong driver, when it finally arrived the chips were stone cold not an ounce of salt, the burger buns were soggy to the point of feeling wet and I was given an incorrect item.nnI have given up ordering from this particular KFC location, honestly the service is beyond a joke.nnI can count on one hand the number of times I have received a correct order.nnAt this point it can’t be bad luck, if I want someone else’s food or to be frustrated I will make sure to head straight here! Nobody does it better!
