It's honestly impressive how they managed to get every part of our order incorrect. The worst kfc I have ever been to. Missing a potato and gravy, drink and sauces, a sad piece of chicken on one of the wraps, the poor dasher was waiting for half an hour and they put an offensive amount of supercharged sauce on a wrap that was meant to have pepper mayo. Absolutely inedible.
35 minutes to fulfill a small order. Chips weren't fresh when I got the order. No apologies. Even saw a manager make his own order and walk out the door while there were 15 others waiting. This is beyond appalling.

The chicken was not crispy, several pieces were noticeably burnt, and the portion sizes were extremely small — especially compared to what I usually receive when ordering the same item.nnThis experience was not in line with the quality I’ve come to expect from KFC, and I felt it was important to bring this to your attention in case there were any preparation or quality control issues at the time.nnPlease let me know if you require any further details or the receipt.nnThank you for taking the time to look into this. I hope to see this addressed and look forward to a better experience next time. I have attached a picture for your reference.
I wish I could give a 5 star but with a 50-60 minute wait time it was a bit much, it would be nice if the store could be given some more support from their higher management and get some more workers in on these busy nights nnThe workers were very polite and kind, I forget the name of the lovely guy who gave us our food but he was very sweet, and very apologetic for the wait. I always appreciate when the workers can still put on a smile and be kind despite an obviously stressful night - thats very rare nowadays especially in fast food.
My order was $91. But they just left it sitting on the bench for over 30 minutes. The food was cold. Definitely the worst KFC I have ever been to.
