The store was relatively clean along with the restrooms. The food was okay, not completely fresh but by far not the worst I've had from Macca's. They can often be quite busy depending on the time.
I've been here many times and its definitely one of the better McDonald's in Brisbane. If you want your food fast and correct then this is the best branch to go to. Quality of food is good too. I dont know how other branches fail so badly but this one in Milton has the best processes for efficient system to deliver food.
Just ordered a cafe drink, told them they gave me the wrong milk. Lady looked at me and shrugged and said not a word, didn’t offer to make a new one. After a silent stare, I drove off to another Maccas and ordered the same drink.
First time here was when Toa Samoa vs Tonga at Suncorp. The whole restaurant was packed with Samoans so I expected the food to come out late. It came out fast, hot and fresh. Super impressed considering the amount of people they had inside. Way to go Maccas... chee hooo
To the man working at 7:45pm on the drive thru on the 6th of November 2025. You are a legend. He made our apple pie free because they didn’t have vanilla ice cream. Definitely coming here again.
