We’ve ordered at this establishment on multiple occasions to get a simple cheese burger sometimes with added bacon, and the previous 4 times the order has been incomplete or missing multiple ingredients such as, pickles, onion, sauce and the added bacon. We feel as though making this error so regularly is unacceptable for this business.
McDonald’s Milton; I’m lovin the generosity of your French Fries… Seriously, what are you thinking serving food like this? It’s such a poor experience. Shame on Management; lift your game.
I recently visited McDonald's in Milton and had a somewhat mixed experience. The location is convenient, especially for a quick bite on the go, but there were a few aspects that could use improvement.nnThe restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. The seating area is spacious, and the ambiance is typical of what you would expect from a McDonald's - bright and bustling. However, during peak hours, it can get quite crowded, making it a bit challenging to find a comfortable spot to sit.nnThe food was standard McDonald's fare. I ordered a Big Mac meal, and while the burger was tasty and the fries were hot and crispy, the overall presentation could have been better. The burger seemed hastily assembled, and the fries were a bit too salty for my liking. On the positive side, the McCafé coffee was excellent, providing a nice pick-me-up.nnService was where my experience fell short. The staff were polite but seemed overwhelmed by the number of customers. This resulted in longer wait times than expected, even for a fast-food restaurant. Additionally, my order was initially incorrect, and I had to wait for it to be corrected, which was a bit frustrating.nnOverall, McDonald's Milton offers a decent fast-food experience, but there is room for improvement, particularly in terms of service efficiency and food presentation.
If the person behind the counter put the same effort into providing customers with the correct order as she did singing and dancing for the entertainment of the staff then I would've come away with the meals I had paid for. I shouldn't have to unwrap all of my food to check it's correct before taking it home.
The staff have a positive & productive vibe. Plenty of seating options. Toilets & tables could be cleaner at times. Convenient location.nnMy star ratings on food and atmosphere are relative to other takeaway outlets.
